I didn't single anyone out. i locked the thread because all it was was an argument at that point.

...I assume that's what p-boy was referencing...but yeah, I know what it is, but I just don't see why it would/could/should be anything for someone to hang their hat on.

...to me it's akin to someone bragging about how many "friends" the have on facebook. :blazerwookie:
 
I only use the like feature when Mattingly does his standup :P

While I don't usually like to see threads locked I'd say that one was likely for the best. A good argument is fine by me but the troll nonsense needs to end.

For the sake of trying to keep everyone happy, I'll look through the entire thread and remove personal offenses.

But from this point forward, just report the posts and dont take part in the war. This is a board of adults, and I would expect its users to act as such.

EDIT: I can't find anythng you're suggesting in that thread.

lets look back, i told the espn board where this troll stuff began that i played the game of baseball at a high level, that was mistake # 1.

mistake # 2, i let my feelings be known that i do not agree with girardi's philosophy on coaching.

never once, let me repeat myself . not once did i provoke anyone with anything other then the 2 things mentioned.

almost 10 years later , 1 simple honest claim, and 1 differnce of opinion, pasta is a troll! WOW!

with all due respect, i need not report anyone. baseball & raggin go back till day it began, like peas & carrots. When you get a chance see the movie bout ty cobb , played by tommy lee jones, and see how ruthlesss that SOB was...

and one another thing, and again, with all due respect, you did single me out in the ONE thread you only chose to look at , you have done it more then once on here, with my SN attached, and without it as a subliminal message, you could have easily put it in my inbox, but you chose not to for obvious reasons, call me paranoid, NP!

as i have stated several times, my only interest on here is about talkin about the game, the strategy & execution of it! if i am questioned, i will answer
