I just called the trailblazers front desk, shirts are not being handed out at the games. They will be giving out blazer car flags.

No surprise here! My guess would be that hopefully we make it to the second round, and they give out shirts game 3 of the series versus the Lakers to RED out our two losses against them. Maybe we get black shirts game 5 or 7 who knows... ooooh maybe black rally towels now! that would be sick!
