No setback on odens knee?

If it is the vodka talking, it might actually be true - there was no "setback" because he NEVER intended to play this season.

If he has no setback then he obviously had something better to do than be at the RG tonight.

Anybody know who that 7-foot behemoth sitting behind the Blazers bench at the RG tonight was? I would've guessed Oden, but apparently he had something better to do tonight, per the informed posters on this board.

He never intended to play this season. At all. Just do yourselves a favor and give up on him. Move on. Ignore. It's over. He will not play this season, and he will be on another team next season. He's not worth our time any longer.

And you call yourself a professional?

How much you wanna bet?

I think that it's possible that he and his agent have decided that the most prudent thing to do is wait to start playing even longer than the doctors think is necessary; and because of that decision they agreed to revise his contract amount downwards.

Who know's what is real, what is fake. But false and twisted reports seems to be common place. They only thing we can do is sit and wait. See where this goes. I hope he can come back this year. He could add some serious size and strength in the middle. Yet, time will tell...
