No way we're keeping this pick

Hmmmm. Well dalembert is unrestricted, so I think he's a 4-5 mil player.

Perimeter? I think we need a player that can get to the line. Actually Kevin Martin would be a nice addition.

Hahaha now you like Kevin Martin!

I would say our offseason is a home run if we land Noah. I just don't see Chicago buying unless we give them Aldridge

Aldridge/Matthews for Noah/Deng? Lillard did say he was modeling his game after Derrick Rose. We would suddenly be the 2011 Bulls plus Batum.

I think we lose on that deal simply because Noah has had healthy issues the last 3 years and Deng is off the books next year isn't he?

Pretty sure he already did or plans to

When is the deadline? Is it the end of June. In the event that he hurts himself (Slipping in the shower or whatever) wouldn't you wait until the last day or two?

They still wouldn't. Noah is the breakout star of this postseason; have you people been watching? He also got an MVP vote.

I disagree. Tibs would do wonders with Aldridge. Aldridge paired with rose would be a Godsend.

If Houston lands Howard we should be able to swing a deal for Asik.

This or Gortat is what i'm hoping for. I'd trade the #10 pick/something else for Asik and Thompson or parsons or Jones.

How much cap space do they have? I still think in the end (after Howard says he is leaving) it would come down to a trade and Asik would be involved going to LA

I'd much prefer Asik to Gortat because of his elite defensive awareness. Parsons is probably untouchable but Robinson might be an option.

Good question. I'm not sure. I've been operating under the assumption they have max room.

Asik is probably the better player and fits our age group better, but I really like Gortats ability on both sides of the P&R(offense/defense).

I'm still thinking a three way between minny, Brooklyn and lakers is gonna happen.

Isn't LA not allowed to participate in any S&T's because of them being over the luxury tax?

I don't think they do. They need to free up more I think.

It was mentioned on an OKC/Rockets game by a rockets announcer that they needed to clear up 3m to offer dwight the max.

Interesting. I hope that is true. That would also eliminate the three way mags was talking about. (Which I thought also made sense)

Give us Asik for the #10 and it'll clear up lots of space.

I would rather keep our pick and trade Leonard for asik. Still frees up enough for them to offer max

I don't think Leonard has much value, certainly not the same value as the #10 pick. He showed he is a project and his value is probably pretty low, who wants to trade a good asset now for a project that might not pan out?

But if they get Howard, they can use Leonard more sparingly
