Is Sam Smith crazy? Noah's looked pretty good and looked good in last year's playoffs, no doubt. But c'mon Sam, I don't think any GM would trade Oden for Noah, and no I didn't have to think about it. I have a good feeling about how that matchup will look on Nov. 23.

So how’s that 2007 draft look on production and not potential if done today? Like this?
1. Kevin Durant
2. Al Horford
3. Joakim Noah
4. Greg Oden
5. Aaron Brooks
6. Marc Gasol
7. Carl Landry
8. Rodney Stuckey
9. Jeff Green
10. Thaddeus Young
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHA!
Yeah exactly like that. OMG is this dude for real?
Yeah you are right. Brooks should be higher than Oden based only on production, but Brooks should also be higher than Noah.Oden should be lower on that list.
Based only on production from draft day to now.
Oden should be lower on that list.
Based only on production from draft day to now.
Yeah you are right. Brooks should be higher than Oden based only on production, but Brooks should also be higher than Noah.
In your 2009 Draft Day rankings based SOLELY on production in the NBA, who do you rank higher Dante Cunningham or Blake Griffin?
noah is a better player... now but i wonder if oden will ever have a 21 rebound game. thats impressive
QFTThreads/articles like this are best read while giving "THE" Mrs. HCP a sensual massage.
that will be an interesting meeting when they play

maybe, I think of him more as stupid and lazyIs Sam Smith crazy?
Uhh..this is Sam Smith, the guy who whenever he breaks a rumor, you know its not going to happen. His articles are shallow and pedantic.
I wonder if Noah will ever have a game of 24 points and 15 rebs?
Oden did.

I wonder if Oden will ever have a 21 pt 16 rebound game. Noah did.
(amazing how stats work)
Anyhow, Noah is averaging 11.4 PPG, 12.4 RPG, 2.3 BPG, 2.1 APG, on 59% shooting.
Oden is averaging 9.1 PPG, 8.4 RPG, 2.4 BPG, 0.8 APG, on 59% shooting.
Well if we are comparing apples to apples. Noah averaged: 6.7 ppg, 5.6 rebounds, 1.3 assist, 1.4 blocks his second year.
Oden's second year: 9.1 points, 8.4 rebounds, 0.8 assists, 2.4 blocks.
I guess the debate is over.
It looks to me like the question is who you'd want NOW, based upon production.
Would I trade Oden for Noah? No.
