Noah over Oden?

So, if you could clone the Blazer roster, everything being identical except that one version has Noah for 82 games, and the other has Oden for 20 games, which one wins more games?

I dunno. It's close. Depending on when we could get Oden, I'd probably choose him.

Clearly I'm not a Noah fan. :)

I cant stand Noah either but thats a little much Ed.

Bynum played like crap last night....he had a stretch like this last year where he sucked a rebounding for 4-5 games, then he instantly snapped out of it and put a bunch of solid games together and then....ugh...lets not mention what happened next

I dunno. 60 games of a backup center behind Joel isn't THAT difficult to find.

Oden is a game-changer when he's playing... 20 games of that is probably more valuable to me than 60 games of 20 minutes of difference between Noah and a replacement backup center.

Noah is averaging more points, rebounds, blocks, and way more assists than Joel. Even taking into account differences in playing time, he is *at least* as good as Joel.

Of course, the mere fact that he is younger, healthier, and able to play more minutes than Joel might be considered a good thing.

Edit: I just took a look at NBA.com. Per 48 minutes, Noah is out-rebounding Joel (slightly), out-scoring him, and has an absurd 7-1 advantage in assists. His effeciency rating rating is 20.09 compared to Joel's 10.42. I know you are no fan of Noah, but the guy is just flat out-playing Joel this season.
