1. Don't know why were are still there. I don't want us there.

2. The middle east needs to grow the fuck up and take care of their own problems. If Russia really wants to be involved with Syria if I were President of the US I would let them.

3. Obama didn't bomb a hospital. The military accidentally bombed one. If I were President of the US I would be having the military "accidentally" bombing targets in Pakistan instead of Afghanistan.

You have sons, it's interesting how much you want to send them to Iraq. Maybe President Trump will announce the re-invasion of Iraq that you and Denny want so badly.

The scary part is that the Middle East in general, and Iraq in particular is generally considered the cradle of "civilization". If they haven't grown up by now, there's not a whole lot of hope for the rest of us.....

All military action is the responsibility of the president. He authorizes the military to take action in those areas, so he's absolutely responsible.

As for my sons... If they chose to support our Country and join the military, I would be honored. As for "Trump" which said we shouldn't have gone to Iraq and supports Putin to go into Syria, he seems like your type of president.

He owns it. Never said he didn't. I said it was an accident. Doesn't make it any less bad but facts are important.

Supporting out troops is entirely different than supporting endless foreign wars. I pray that someday you will be able to tell the difference. If your fine sons, who I have met, were to serve their country I would be proud of their service. If they were sent to continue a war in Iraq and would be sadden for how their service was wasted.

My father proudly served two tours in Vietnam, lost a leg and was 85% disabled and would never bad mouth the decision. I take offense that you think my father was stupid to do this for his country.

And you're the one bringing up Vietnam. I specifically said Iraq. I don't want our troops in Iraq. I can't make it any clearer than that. I DON'T WANT OUR TROOPS IN IRAQ! I don't give 2 shits about Iraq. I just don't.

Your father deserves only honor for his part in trying. If I had to lay blame for Vietnam, it would be on Truman for failing to support Ho Chi Min when he ask for support to keep the French
from returning after Japan was defeated. Truman turned him down and supported the French return. Johnson was double dumb but not the original sinner.
