Fixed.
Thanks.
I'm fine blaming Herb, he always was chasing Jennifer and ignoring Bailey

You decry to others that they don't know what could have been had but all the same you make it known there could have been more.

Just admit you don't know and accept that other people know you don't know either. Saves a lot of words lol.

It's okay, I have to do it all the time.
I don't know for sure that we could have got more but it seems logical that we could and should have. I don't know anyone who is over the moon about the return we got in those trades. The biggest question I see is that if we're not over the moon about the moves that our interim GM who was the right hand man of the guy most of us wanted gone for a while, why on earth would we want that guy to be made the actual GM when there are so many qualified candidates that didn't make lackluster to terrible deals for us this year and who aren't connected to the front office that so many of us have been disappointed in for so long?

Has anybody in here said they want to make Cronin the long term GM?

I'm ok with the moves he made, and am willing to give him a chance, personally.
In willing to give him a chance as well, if he's the best guy we think we can get. But I'm not singing his praises either.

The one thing we saw from him is a willingness to make moves, and didn't seem like he fell in love with anybody. I'm good with that.

Everything else is up in the air. We don't know what was available or what directives he was under.

But I feel like that's a long way from wanting him to be the guy.

Me!
The improved mood in the building is palpable.
There are certain people, who if I am dangling on the side of a cliff, I wanna see THEIR hand reach over to pull me up.
Joe C. is one of those type of people.
Unlike his predecessor, he is trustworthy, and the players know it.

And you have personal experience with the man. Which is awesome, and thank you for sharing your experience.

By the way he talks, I'm not at all surprised.

I’d like to submit myself for big Blazers fan. Tattooed logo on my leg, followed them on road trips to every arena, moved from NYC to Portland for 8 months and drove Uber all night every night so I could be a season ticket holder in 2018-19.

I'm sure if the rest of us had the financial opportunities that you have, we would do similar. Plus, getting a tattoo on your leg doesn't mean much, HCP has one and he's a Lakers fan.

Oh man, I didn't know Frank Bonner died last year. :(

I’ve never been rich or had a job that’s lasted more than 2.5 years. “Bones” helped me pay off some debt and take care of the people around me but I was never rich. I’m sure you have more money than I have. Anyone could do what I did if they made it a priority. Magnifier paid for one of my road trips in fact. I paid for the whole season in Portland by driving Uber 10 hours a night every single night. Anyone could do it.

The guy forgot to mention that I got him tickets last second at a road game and even got him interviewed on our broadcast.

What was your per episode salary.

I would bet you made more in those 2 years than most of us make in 10. Especially those who have children.
