Friday brings an end to our two weeks of Rippy Award fun. Our finale award is for the Most Unique Piece of Trail Blazers Memorabilia.

The only rule is you can only enter two items. A description of what it is and why it's unique is suggested but not required.

No pictures of Mrs HCP.

Winner gets a Rippy Award and a jersey or autographed basketball.

*If you have been fortunate to have won a Rippy Award you are welcome to enter but the Rippy and prize will go to the 2nd highest vote getter. If the 2nd highest vote getter has also won a Rippy Award then the 3rd highest vote getter will win the Rippy Award and prize. Rinse & Repeat.

Metal proof plate (I think that's what it's called) from the Oregonian, June 29th, 2007.

This is the rarest blazers advertising sign i have ever seen. Whats better than beer and blazers.

Y'ALL SHOULD ALSO INCLUDE YOUR ADDRESSES, WORK AND VACATION SCHEDULES ON YOUR POST....FOR....RESEARCH.

Well, since I didn't get nominated for the largest collection I do know I have unique pieces for sure.

Piece number 1 is the first official blazer team song and record. I have never seen another one anywhere or listed on ebay. I believe I am one of very few to own this gem

Piece number 2 is a tough one. Was going to go with my 1977 ticket stub collection but I think having an original Oregonian print of the first President to ever attend a Blazer game is something pretty cool, so here it is:

I was going to nominate my rippy award, but I haven't won it yet.

I love that vinyl that daddy Logan posted. Unique, and awesome!

Man these just keep getting harder and harder to vote for. There are a lot of people with some seriously awesome stuff!

The record comes up for sale on ebay often. its not cheap but not rare.

That was probably me!!! I had it up for $500.00 for a while, but it got buried within all the hundreds of items, so I figure one day someone will want it and make me a good offer ;-)

peace out,
daddylogan

HailBlazers Memorables:

1.) Modern era favorite, real street sign. Don't ask how I got it made. Stood outside in the rain downtown for hours to get it signed by LMA. Bought free throw guy a coffee to cut line in front of him, wasn't necessary though as LaMarcus stayed way past his scheduled time.

2.) Terry Porter poster with a cool story..Did some yard work for a forum member here in exchange for some great Blazer tickets. Day of the game roles around and my wife randomly scores this poster from an attorney. Tells the guy she's going to get it signed that night. Brings the poster with us to the game along with a sharpie and at some point, we turn around and he's sitting right behind us! Did a double take before getting his attention, he signed it and joked about not recognizing the young guy in the poster.

All this stuff is neat..... But does it really top my tattoo? This is going with me to the grave one day!

I check ptb every day on ebay. I've seen it for around 60- 120. I think that price is ridiculous so I'm waiting to Find it at an estate sale or something like that. It's a great piece either way. Good luck on the rippy

Hey, I have the mug on the left! :)

I have some Brandon Roy No. 7 headphones, still in the box. Probably not 'unique' though. ;)

Eh, I've got nothing on you memorabilia hounds. :)

My sixth man T shirt from Brandon Roy Christmas 2009. Brandon only played 326 regular games. Half of those were on the road and five were in Minnesota so only 160 or so shirts are out there. My son got to go on the court with me but he was too young to remember.

Edit for removal of bowling shoe for the trophy I won at the season ticket holder event in 2008. Beat Sergio by a pin to win it.
