OT North Korea has their own basketball rules:

That's as crazy as the MTV celebrity basketball rules, lol but I want to know the rules that Kim Jung-Il was playing under for his incredible golf score. Rumor has it that there were actually 18 witnesses but the 18th wouldn't verify the score so he can no longer be found.

and the hoop is only 8 feet high, and no one can guard Kim Il Jong.

The rule change I want to see is to get rid of fouling out after 6 fouls. It's unnecessary since you're putting your team in the penalty if you keep fouling (and of course get free throws if it's a shooting foul) and now that they have flagrant fouls to get players out who foul with intent to injure.
Fans show up to watch the stars and the refs don't want to call the 6th foul to disqualify one of them sometimes it can actually hurt the opposition. Let the refs freely whistle James Harden for 8 non-flagrant fouls and stay in the game.
What they could do is make everything a shooting foul after the 6th foul for a player or something like that.

Wow some of these rules are interesting, not a fan of deducting a point for a missed shot as it would incentivize fouling even more. But I like the creativity, great work North Korea.

They may be behind most countries in many categories, but when it comes to the future of the NBA, with the changes being made, it really seems like the DPRK might be on top of the future of Basketball!

North Korea has also banned injuries.

Here is a picture of the rules committee discussing certain changes.
