thats what I was thinking.. like during a certain time when we know to stand up and chant it. I would be totally down for this.
 
Larry Miller is the worst hire this team has ever made.

He will lay to waste what little progress we have made in recent years.

I've got news for you, If KP is gone. Miller will be gone at the end of year as well.

So will Nate. Unless Paul goes the full 94 feet to keep him.

Let's look at what we do know. We know that he was pulled out of contract negotiations last year for not being to negotiate Brandon Roy's contract. We know since then he has been "neutered". So why would you assume he was responsible for bringing in Camby?

I think you're way off here.

The only way Nate is gone in the next two years is if he chooses too. Larry Miller is highly respected, so I don't see him getting canned either.

The reality is that I saw our GM looking like dead man walking last night. Maybe he's having personal troubles and it has nothing to do with his job security, but I'm guessing that isn't the case.

Can you at least be consistent?

You just told us all about 3 posts ago that none of us really know what's going on. Then in your next post told us Pritchard being fired would also lead to Miller and Nate leaving followed by a 3rd post telling us that KP was pulled out of Roy contract talks and that he's neutered.

There's only 1 person in this thread making wild accusations. And it's the guy who told us nobody really knows what's going on.

Perhaps. There could be the whole reluctancey to get rid of him due to his vision and plans with Jumptown. But, something hasn't seemed right with him either. As for Nate, I think he is on record in saying that if KP goes, he will follow.

I've never heard Nate say that... where are you getting your information from?

I listen to 95.5 the game every day, read most the blogs, have friends inside of organization, and I've never heard that if KP gets fired, Nate is leaving. I've heard Jason Quick hint at it once, but he even said it was just his feeling.

Hilarious and spot on.

We can't have epistemological certainty about anything....but I think the default is to assume that everyone is still doing the jobs they were hired to do.
 
Allen and Vulcan are the least likely group to get pushed around . . . having said that, a sustained "Kevin Pritchard" chant during a playoff game would be epic.

you haven't noticed how he never predicts anything right? Marc Iavaroni ring a bell? His job is to stir the pot. Part of the real insider's job is to keep gossip mongers like him outside the loop of whats what.

I've been more critical of KP than most posters on this forum, but even I can't swallow the notion that KP is outright incompetent.

Two thoughts....
1) It would be better to do the chant durring the game so the cameras will pick it up (and not during a time out).
2) I would suggest trying to start it at the beginning of the 2nd quarter and the beginning of the 3rd AND the beginning of the 4th. I think it will take a few times to get it going strong. If you wait until the 4th, there are too many other variables that may alter the plan (ie- a tight intense game...)
 
In the past, McMillan has sounded like he was fatigued by having to teach so many young players. So I think he would welcome Pritchard's departure, if his youth-baking philosophy left with him.

Speaking of philosophy, if you've ever taken a course in it, you know the word epistemological. They say it all the time in the lectures.
