Just ordered some Kre-Alkalyn. Should be interesting to see how effective this is. I've been taking Assault for about 1.5 months, and it has helped energy wise, but I'm starting to get leaner and am hoping this Kre will help give me some added muscle.
 
fucking cold/mild flu. its pretty weak, i'm already getting over it. slept until like 2:30pm yesterday.

Kre-Alkalyn might help a little. But eating clean, mainly by cutting out simple carbs while maintaining a solid workout program will get you where you want.

I think UFC fanboys are the worst. Like dudes who wear Tapout gear. I told a good buddy the other day to change his shirt or I wouldnt hang out with him that night. It was a flamer Tapout shirt.
