There probably was a few retards.....

but, what if God had the power to create offspring however he wanted so he could have made the first i dunno lets say 100k people not retarded if there was inbreeding

and later made a law or made it understood to the people that inbreeding is now wrong.

Also, yes the bible is written by humans, that were inspired by god and wrote every single word with his breath in mind
