It's really not that bad. I got it done this morning at 11:30. I got to the surgeon's office. They gave me headphones with a radio and nitrus. Then 15 minutes later they gave me the IV to sedate me. Next thing I know I'm awake and it's time to leave. There was gauze in the back of my mouth but I wasn't in any pain. When I got home I took the gauze out, ate some warm (not hot) soup and took the anti-nasea medication. 30 minutes later I took an oxycodon. The bottle for the oxycodon says 1-2 every 4-6 hours, but I decided to take 1 every 3 hours. I also had ice on my face (only the right side hurts for some reason) on and off for like 4 hours. They gave me gauze to put in my mouth to help stop the bleeding, and also recommended putting tea bags back there cause it helps the blood clot. I'm still bleeding a little bit, but I am currently in no pain.

This is moot if yours are like entrenched in your jaw or whatever. Mine weren't showing so they had to cut into the gum but it is really fine.

I would recommend doing it right before a long weekend where you don't really have anything planned. If you want, I can tell you when I'm able to resume normal activities.

I had 3 of them pulled a few years ago....2 of them were impacted I believe......

similar experience....

I didn't need one painkiller after the surgery. I was out drinking beers later that night actually.

not much to report. went with family, but I got a separate room with my brother at the Mirage...pretty cheap too, like $110 for Saturday.

A few friends happened to be in town...didn't meet up with all of them but kicked it with some portland homies in town.

watched the Pac-man fight ghetto style at Aria through a curtain at a bar.

Hit up "EVE" nightclub...it was ok. Got a few bottles of Ketel One, danced with a few chicks, was really hammered. nothing too exciting other than that but it was a great fucking time...motivates me to go back again SOON (thinking of going the weekend after next...we'll see)

The girls around were AMAZING...the ones at EVE weren't that hot but we were going to hit up HAZE at the Aria...the girls were out of this world (we had a hookup on bottles at EVE though so we just went there).

I drove to Vegas that morning and didn't get a nap so I was really fucking beat...wish I was more in the zone.

damn i need to go to vegas again... i dont drink though, lol whats the drug scene in vegas like...shitty tourist prices lol
