i was at a professional mixer tonight. instead of trading biz cards, I just told chick that i'd email her which I did right there in front of her. she emailed me back an hour later and wants to hang. should I call (phone number was on her email) or email her back to set shit up? leaning towards email since I don't really want to spend time on the phone.

no. not looking to bone tonight or even this week...this week is a hunting and gathering week for me. haha. i'll email her tomorrow and ask her how long she's in town for (she's from NYC) and see if she wants to grab lunch or dinner. she won't even have my phone number so I'll just put it in my email sig and vibe it and then call her next week.

i'm tellin' ya. this time between end of summer and thanksgiving is a good time for the single guy.... girls trying to shack up before the holidays so they have a new years + valentine's date....the desperation is palpable! :ohno:
 
I'm thinking of doing a new biz card. we'll see how it goes.....i have one from last year but the printer fucked up the font spacing and I have 1000 kind of shitty ones. i think i linked it up here last year... this is my current:

it was supposed to be oversized with rounded edges but they fucked it up and made them standard sized, the black edgest are on the side, looks like shit. I'm embarassed to hand them out.

I could have the graphic designer re-orient it for a standard 2.5 x 3.5 card, then print it with a place with rounded edges. the other one I was thinking of would be all black and silver embossed. we'll see.

kind of stupid. i thought it would be like "Taken". the only part that was kind of trippy for me was the drug dealers
