Get like two 5-10 lbs (doesn't matter) weights in front of you. Lay on the yoga mat rest on your elbows. Move the weights to both sides of your body and move them back. Repeat four times. Then do 5 standard crunches, and then 5 triangle push-ups. Next set do 8 reps with the weights, 10 sit ups, 10 push ups... Then 12, 15, 15. You'll be fucked.
Nice man. I like the weight from side to side movement. I do mine on one of these and combine it with a situp.
I'll do like 12 reps with a weight on my chest and pause half way up for the left to right movement over my abs.
