Honest question to ya'll Northwesterners -

Where are the Mormon boundaries cut?

I spent a summer in high school in Pocatello, Idaho, and I was surrounded by Mormons. Not that that's a bad thing, but I was just wondering if they leak their way to Washington/Oregon as much as the Southeast seems to believe.

Also, in terms of NCAA football... is Utah a predominantly Mormon team? Is Utah St? Etc.

(Not trying to be offensive... just genuinely curious, as someone who has spent some time in the region but didn't get time to explore the WA/OR area.)

There are a few Mormons in Southern Oregon, even some Mexican Mormons! I would assume there are more to the north, but don't know 100%.

There's a big temple in Lake Oswego.

I think all the mormons end up at BYU, not the other utah schools (unless they can't get in to BYU).

there are a lot of polynesian mormons...they go out there alot.
