Crane kick. And it's not a real move...I don't think you can generate all that much power in your kick with no base to push off from (the initial push off is what gets you into the air...after that, the kick happens, but with no source of leverage).

Well, I saw the movie as a kid and wondered why the move wasn't used back then. So it brought back the memories of that wondering. I usually don't spend my time on the Science of the Karate Kid. Not usually...like any normal jock, I spend a couple days a week on it, of course.

Apparently Oden is a huge Will Smith fan and the main reason he went to the premiere to meet him. I thought it was funny. I like that Oden is still kind of a big kid instead running around getting into trouble.
