Joe isn't a sports guy. Was Ron Pivo too busy?

I can't get over how fat Oden looks. Maybe it's the hair?

Nah man, talked to him in the loading dock on the way out tonight............ he was pretty big.

It's really obvious.

He looks the same as he did when he was pushing/at 300 lbs. or so ^

I'm not sure I really buy he was close to 265 even when he was healthy this year. He looks so much bigger than he did in college, where he said he was about 265 then. His body back then was perfectly proportioned and he moved like Dwight Howard. After all the injuries and staying off his legs, he just aint the same.

He looked like a ball player then, not some guy with a huge upper body that moves really odd.

I thought he should get down even further to around 250.

He looks to be around 60 lbs. from that.

I'm REALLY disappointed he let himself go. When you're not mobile you have to be extremely cautious of your caloric intake.

Great job, Blazer management.

He did let himself go a bit, but not being able to do any cardio workouts has to suck.

I'd like him to be built like David Robinson.

I've never understood why arm bikes are so seldom used or even known about... Great cardio workout when you can't use your legs.

I hope for his sake he can lose that weight or his atomic knees will continue to fuck him over.

That the Blazers medical staff let Oden put on all of that extra upper body weight is inexplicable.

Oden has been mismanaged from day one.

We have a medical staff? Fuck, could have fooled me.... /sarcasm off

Agree with your post....I for one am looking forward to new management this next season.... no KP, no Nate, no Medical, no Trainers of the old.

PA should wipe the fucking slate clean....

I think he'll be fine. He wasn't heavy when he broke his kneecap so I don't think weight is the problem. He is a naturally huge guy. I say EMBRACE it!

Old Graham Cracker Knees will never get down to his Ohio State weight. 275 seems like the best case scenario.

Also thought it was a good interview, but dissapointed that his weight is up. He should be able to hire a dietician along with doing other cardio. The added weight cannot be helping with his rehab.
