It would be hilarious if the league suddenly started penalizing every Rocket flop in the playoffs all of a sudden. They probably make them too much money though.

Carmelo Anthony and Houston Rockets is a bad idea. If this is is Houston idea on how to improve. They are thinking about it the wrong way. Nic Batum would be a better fit for them chemistry wise than Carmelo.
BTW, I'm not suggesting we trade Nic to Houston.

He doesn't even in training camp forum. Looks not close to NBA game shape, he might look better towards playoffs but I doubt he will show anything other then backup center talent. The big thing will be if he stays healthy the rest of the year and then is able to play 15-20m a game next year. If so then he will get paid at the end of next year.

For Lakers this season, Blake averaged 10 ppg, 4rpg, and 8 apg while shooting 40% from three. How many players have done that this season? Offhand, I think the only other guy is his teammate Stephen Curry. Just a guess.

No he wasn't. Andre Miller was. The last time the Blazerd won 50 games was the season we traded Blake and Travis Outlaw for Marcus Camby.

Yes, because we all know how crucial the Blake/Kobe starting back court was for the Lakers' success this season. They played a total of 2 games together and the Lakers were 0-2 with Blake and Kobe in the line up. Of course, we all know the combination of a 34-year old mediocre PG and a grotesquely overpaid, broken down 35-year old SG is EXACTLY every GM's wet dream of a rebuilding plan. If only the Laker's would have honored Kobe's wishes and kept Blake, they'd be on the doorstep of another dynasty.
