Are you gonna try to beat TBpup on one of these?

His channel must just be a couple seconds behind. I'm only posting them at Silver's announcement. If I wanted to go off of Woj's feed, I'd just go there and ignore the board. This is more fun. The Draft, and the fans is one of the best times of the year.

With the 8th pick in the 2020 NBA draft the New York Knicks select Obi Toppin

Anyone else get emotional when they show the family's reactions? Its the best part of the broadcast.
I actually switch over to NBA TV during that. I don't really care about the draft picks' families or their childhoods.

I understand that this is a dream come true for them and I know that they all worked hard and overcame obstacles. More power to them. I have no interest in watching them cry.

Gimme insights into their games and/or trade possibilities and/or salary cap insight... NBA TV does more of that since half of the show isn't human interest stories.

Worst case scenario, I see Toppin as a bigger version of CJ - with a good chance to be better than that.

At #9, the Washington Wizard add 6'8" playmaking forward Deni Advija (Ahv dee' ah) from Israel.

With the 9th pick in the 2020 NBA draft the Washington Wizards select Deni Avdija

Good to see you.

Hmm... he's a late bloomer which can mean it's OK he's older (22) or it can mean the only reason he's better is BECAUSE he's older.

I think he's good value at 8, but I think there's a better chance that he's "just a guy" than him becoming an all star.

Smith jumped up over the last few weeks.

At #10, the Phoenix Suns select, 6'10" PF Jalen Smith.

Smith was another D69 favorite and if Portland kept #16, was hoping he would fall to them. Mute point now, but again, he was spot on.

Get a great shooter to go with their young backcourt
