Rising stars competition is like summer league, CJ was one of the best players in summer league so appraising Wiggins by this defenseless competition is sort of inflating things. Talented kid. On another note, I agree with Giannis that Brandon Knight was the skills winner. Beverly didn't complete one of the passing drills. Last time I looked, passing was an important skill. To win the skills challenge by making layups and 3 pt shots is not a complete skills challenge.

the whole weekend has been boring as fuck so far.
so much time between rounds and so much fluff even around starting.

there was like ZERO hype at all in any event until curry shot on his last round in the 3's and 3 of the dunks in the contest.

i dunno for the life of me what they can do to make it better, its over engineered and lost all the cool factor and heart. everything is just a crazy yawnfest.
