Wow I just went back and read the last few pages of this thread. I had no idea the Clips pulled it out last night. I went to bed halfway through the 3rd.
Damn I missed a good one.

Look this is kind of some of the problem. You expect it and he pushes it. Don’t let that happen.
In his defense Bones has been very refined as of late.
A mod however should not goad it on.
Predicting is not goading. I hope he responds chilled; I just don't expect it.

When I first saw the score this morning, I was like, "wow I am so tired I'm hallucinating. Then my Dad sent me a text at 5:15 am telling me verbatim, "Good Call saying the Clippers wouldn't win a game". I then looked again and was like wow what happened, last I checked they were down by like 25...

You're really sleeping on those guys then:

Core 3 Stats (Per 36)
Williams - 20/5 (27/7)
Harrell - 17/7 (23/9)
Gallinari - 20/6 (24/7)

And then Tobias Harris for most of the season.

When have those players lead a team anywhere outside this season with Doc? Two of them come off the bench as they would on many playoff teams.

Clippers won 9 fewer games than Golden State. Within 2 games of OKC who had two MVP and quality role players.

Lakers Pelicans Minnesota Sacramento all had superior talent to the Clippers but achieved the lottery.

I'm not saying Doc is the league's elite coach.... The results of his team show no evidence of poor coaching as you are stating.

But your sister knew TPFKATHCP pulled it out last night! #BAM

Watched that whole game last night late.....what a crazy ass comeback. But everybody needs to chill with the "Warriors are done or finished" bullshit. Nobody is going to beat them 4 times in a series. They'll win again and KD, Boogie and Klay will move on.

I think you're right, but Boogie going down, wear and tear, attitude issues. I think a couple of teams can give them a heck of a series and who knows you get to 6 or 7 game series' and funny things happen sometimes.

The 73 win warriors lost. This team doesn't have the depth. They were a quarter away from losing in game 7 last year. I still think their the strong favorites. However I could definitely see Houston or the east team beating them.

I've given you more recent and relevant stats that you've conveniently ignored in order to continue your blind and biased hatred of a love that would give Portland a chance to finally win a championship.

Does the bolded need to be green instead?? If not...

Stop this shit. WTF are you even talking about??

Your stats don't mean much when he's injured AGAIN in the playoffs.

"Come out swinging"

Is a relative statement. He could come out swinging with stats and a logical argument. :dunno:

No. He was the #1 pick in 09'.

He sat out that entire season. It's 7 years.
I counted that. Injured 09-10. Healthy 10-11, 11-12, 12-13, 13-14. Injured 14-15, 15-16, 16-17, 17-18, 18-19. 1 injured, then 4 healthy, then 5 injured. 6 total.

:smiley-boxing: I come out swinging with facts!

Warriors blew a 31 point lead and 3-1 series lead. Maybe if the Blazers can get to the conference finals Blazers #31 can take down his brother and the Warriors.

Check your "facts" again.

He only played 66 games in 11'-12' and was not healthy.

:smack:

The total is 7.

Even if it was 6 (it's not), that's still only healthy 4 of the 10 seasons since being drafted.

I'm. Good.

My facts are flawless. 11-12 was a lockout season. 66 was the full slate. Take your smack back.

Just think if Scott Foster is the ref for game seven?

Doc rivers....i think he's a jerk, but look at what he's getting out of that roster. He should be coach of the year.

Well Ok. That knocked all the cool outta my walk!

I'm walking like C-3P0 right now instead of my regular pimp walk...
He mentioned that already. You obviously missed it but I was cringing seeing your posts.

I did miss that.

Still though, it doesn't invalidate my point. Blake Griffin is injury prone. He has been injured the at key times during his career. He's not trending healthy as he has been injured 5 seasons straight, including these playoffs.

5 years straight.

I appreciate it that you owned it. That's a sign of maturity in my opinion.
Anyways I kind of agree with you about Blakes injury history, but "if" healthy (I realize that's a big IF) he would fit the Blazers so well.

Also biofreeze.

Oh, your point about not wanting him is completely legit. I thought he was overcoming the rep this year, but then he had to go and validate it by getting hurt again right at the end of the season.

Although technically incorrect regarding the lockout season, dviss' point is still valid: Griffin has a low likelihood of making it through an 82 game season healthy. The shorter season should be tossed out as an irrelevant data point.

Every team has players who get good per36 numbers. Someone has to score, someone has to rebound. Those guys aren’t All Stars but they’re very good.
Not every nb team has 3 guys getting over 23pts per 36 and 50+ games of Tobias Harris.

Lol. Coincidencial timing, played the whole year. Your talking about a guy who - if he gets hurt where really no worse than we are without trading for him. If he isnthur, we have 4 all-star caliber players and the best team in the West (after KD leaves).
