wait, SAC thinks that Deron deal is a good deal? I mean, as has been pointed out, Collison is about the same tier as Deron anymore, and adding in useful pieces just to add in pieces? There's gotta be something else coming from BKN.
BTW, Ed Davis was in one of those "you can sign me for the league minimum and I'm better than 5 guys on POR's bench" threads in July.
Holy cow! If they think Atlanta is bad...
Wow SAS lost 3 in a Row?
Tonight was supposed to be a forfeit and they almost beat the mavs in Dallas. I honestly believe this is the last year for the spurs to contend, it's early but they don't have "it" yet this season
Man it's so tough to count them out.
Wow SAS lost 3 in a Row?
4 in a row now. Twice to us.
Man the Clippers whine so much
If there was an All-STar team for whiners, the Clippers would have most of the spots locked down. CP3 is the whine MVP and Doc Rivers is the whine coach of the year.

First question: “What do you think of the new addition of Corey Brewer coming in?”
Howard’s answer: “Well, I mean, the only thing that we can do is let Daryl (Morey) do his job and we do our job.”
Follow-up question: “(Brewer is) a guy that can get steals, get you running. He seems to be good at playing the style of basketball that you guys play. Would you agree with that?”
Howard’s answer: “Uh, yeah. I mean, like I said, it’s our job to play and it’s on those guys to help bring in pieces that they feel can help us contend.”
Follow-up question: “When you see a team do that, you know, bring in pieces to help an organization contend, what’s it like to see that commitment from an organization?”
Howard’s answer: “Same thing. They do their job and we’ve got to do ours. That’s all I can tell you.”
Howard on the brewer trade:

What a mess in Houston! I've been saying for a while they need to clean out the front office and trade either dwight or harden for a first round pick and 2 average role players. I seem to remember reading something about brewer being one of those players that talks a lot of trash when it is often unwarranted. Either way this isn't the kind of response you want to see from one of your cornerstones.
Ha ha. "Both GMs traded hard."
I hate Houston so much. I love that they keep striking out.
