Wow I just looked at the standings. There are 6 teams above 70% wins, with the 7th being almost there.

That's a tough one.

The Thunder are on a current 7-game win streak and would be 13-13 with a win against the Warriors.

However, the Warriors have the best record in the west.

First and foremost, our goal for the Blazers is making the playoffs. With that in mind, I want the Thunder to lose and root for the Warriors in this game.
my exact feelings. Yeah, of course I want the top seed. FIrst and foremost, I want in, and easiest path is a division win.

I'm rooting for GS. Just because I really can't stand Westbrick.

Rondo needs to be paired with good vets and scorers. He will have that in Dallas and I think they'll definitely benefit from it.

with Rondo in Dallas the point guard pool just got deeper in the west. Left the Mavs without any bigs to speak of behind Chandler though.

Bleacher report on inside the NBA with the breaking news. "Durant is a natural born scorer"

I will never root for OKC. I hate Durant and Westbrook.

With the addition of Rondo, Dirk is now the Mavs lowest paid starter. Kudos to him for wanting to win and to Cuban who promised to add players around him with the extra money, and followed through.

I think Rondo will be a good fit. He doesn't need to score. He gets tons of assists. Good defender. Frankly, I'm worried.

The beatwriter in Houston believes Ainge will flip Wright - "that's why they needed to get this deal done before Friday."

Natural born? I thought he was promoted as having an insane gym rat work ethic? Which is it?

What would it take to get Green/Wright?

Don't think Wright can be traded in combination with another player. It would have to be two separate deals.

I'm not sure why Boston wouldn't want to keep Wright. Doesn't make sense to me why they want to flip him, unless they expect to get another draft pick for him.

Main reason I could think is that wright is expiring. If he could get young asset with control, would be more beneficial for rebuild

I really hope Olshey can do the same with LMA/Wes/Rolo. If they all want the maximum allowed it won't be good for us in the long run. Lillard should get the max because he's coming off a rookie deal.

The lower half of the west has to get better NOW because the difference between 5 and 9 will probably be 2 games... Hopefully we stay at the top half!

We need to bolster the bench. Olshey work those phones!

So Minnesota basically got cap space? Brewer and Turiaf for Daniels? That is about a 6 million difference in salaries

Plus Minny gets 2 2nd round picks. Not bad for a rebuilding team. Money and picks
