Pels fans are going crazy for him as he hits the three to get the 1 point lead and then the rebound on the other end. Monty was still assistant coach when Babs and Cunningham were here, right?

Pelicans just beat Toronto without Anthony Davis.

Can't make the excuse that we didn't have LA and couldn't beat Memphis. There still is no excuse for that.

You realize Memphis has one of the best records in the league and is in the top defensively?

They were the top defensively and one of the best record when we were up double digits twice.

Lets stop making excuses. We gave a winnable game away.

By the way, that crappy Jazz team is kicking the Spurs butts tonight, up by 22 pts

That game was just a shit show. I don't know what the hell that was. I'm not the one talking bad about the Jazz game, anyway

Seriously dude, you aren't giving the Grizz any credit.

They took advantages of our mistakes. Mistakes we shouldn't have made. But, there's no reason why we shouldn't have held them off. None. We failed. Plain and simple. They have a top defense, but we showed we can defeat that throughout the game... except when it mattered.

Their defense had a lot to do with bottling up the Blazers in the 4th..they played lock down D...we didn't give it away dude, they won by doing what it took

We gave it away. Hell, even the coaches and players said it. But they don't know what they are talking about, so...

Clippers blew their lead.
Even though the Blazers were without Aldridge and the Clippers without Griffin....
Memphis is just good and really? IMO Marc Gasol should be MVP of the league if Memphis finishes with 60+ wins.

I hope he breaks out in Denver. Hopefully one day he can be a regular rotation/3rd guard.

Solid first few games for the Nuggets: 12 PPG on a 17 PER.

Wes said they missed Aldridge. If you think we should beat every team without Aldridge, then are you in favor of trading Aldridge for a 2nd round pick? You know, being that he doesn't matter? Look how crappy the Thunder record is compared to recent years. It's because they're big guns have missed games. And last year, Grizz got off to a bad start because Gasol was out.

Rose with a medial meniscus tear. Is going to be out for awhile.

I remember fans and even some experts bitching how Rose wasn't coming back soon enough from his first knee injury.

So sad. Career over. Are the Bulls still a contender? They still have All Star Jimmy Butler.

And we thought Brandon Roy had the worst knees in NBA history...

It's a bad spot to be in. Even without Rose we're a decent team, but that's it. Just decent. Now he's going to have to do 9 months rehab and come back even rustier. Probably less athletic, too.

If they remove the damaged part of the meniscus instead of repair it he'll be back in time for the playoffs. It depends on the severity of the tear.

It's partial, thank God. I hope he can return. I feel like he'll never be what he was, but 9 months out of the NBA would kill his career.

We should have traded CJ instead.

I guess you're forgetting the simple fact that Denver wanted small contracts and ending contracts, of which CJ is neither.
