Just now watching this Lakers vs Nuggets game and don’t know how it ends the 5 players out there that took the Lakers from like 10 down to up 3 in the 3rd and 4th…..
Reece/ Milton/Bronny/Goodwin and Koloko

Who the hell are these players FAMS!

I wonder what criteria they are basing that on

NBA.com tracks clutch time in the traditional manner: last 5 minutes, score within 5 points

10 PG's on that list so far and no signs of Westbrook

they credit Westbrook as having made 7 of 16 shots in clutch time. Brunson has made 47

He doesn't show up on this list either:

I believe I'll call bullshit on Statmuse in this case. Somebody there must have been drinking on the job. I think Statmuse gets a lot of things wrong

You only referenced '24-25 stats. The StatMamba (not Statmuse) post says most since 2000. Going back that far eliminates most of current top productivity guys.

good point....I guess I needed to read closer. Or Statmuse needs to be clearer

I'd bet he also has the most attempts

Probably a good chance at that.

Also, saw a tweet the other day talking about clutch stats, and how...inconsistent? they can be. Or maybe just misleading. It referenced a specific game, and now I can't remember the two teams, but Chris Paul was on one. Let's just pretend it's us for clarity.
We're down 6(not clutch), Sharpe makes a 2 pointer. Down 4 now. Paul comes back and hits a 2(clutch) back up 6. Sharpe another 2(not clutch), Paul a 2(clutch). I think there were maybe 4 CP3 clutch shots in the sequence, and the opposing player not getting credit with any. So the stat says down 5, because you need a cut off. But it's also meant to show the type of game; a close, tight game going back and forth, to show "clutchness". Sharpe is matching him shot for shot to get us back within 4 each time, he's performing as clutch as CP3 is, but only CP3 is scoring "clutch" baskets.

You went back and researched since 2000? Regardless, I’ll take Westbrook’s career over Brunson all day everyday. One is headed to the HOF first ballet.

Keep in mind after Lebron left CLE they had three #1 picks in the ensuing 4 years. One of those years, they weren't even close to the worst team. What are those odds?
The year they got Kyrie, it wasn’t their pick. It was the Clippers pick they got for Mo Williams.

Random observation - the Bulls are sort of rebuilding on the fly. And they may be the whitest team in ages - Giddey (who's playing out of his mind), Huerter (reborn after leaving Sacto), ZACH COLLINS, Matas Buzelis (making a run for first team all-rookie), and the old workhorse Vucevic. Their best black player is even called White. Shouldn't they swap rosters with OKC or something? Or Portland, if we're honest.

Danny Ainge is pissed at you.
