I think Dame is so motivated to become better than Curry. The comparisons piss him off, and the fact that he's from his hometown adds a little extra. I think the duo of Dame and CJ hate being referred to as "Splash Brothers Jr." or shit like that. I could see the Warriors winning another championship, taking the off-season way, and Dame and CJ come back playing at the same level. Dame getting 27-28 and 7 with CJ getting 22-23 and 4.

How awesome would it be if they basically spend 4 months this offseason just going at each other all day long, day after day, trying to make each other better.

That's what I'm envisioning. That mixed in with drills and strength/explosive training

Both of em play pissed off. CJ vocalizes it more than Dame to the media, but you can tell they're angry at the world.

Still have yet to see much of a synergistic effect when they're better than the sum of two individual parts, but that's what summers are for. Now we have had a season where we see that they CAN work together as a starting backcourt. Now PROVE it that you make each other better.

Not sure this belongs here, but if Damian Lillard shot as many FT's per game as Harden, Damian would average 29 ppg. And let's say that because of the 4 additional FT's, 2 shots per game wouldn't count against his FG%. Take out those 2 shots and his shooting % potentially goes up to 46%.

Again, not sure what to make of this.

I love it. I love that our best player is one of the most driven in the league. It's a breath of fresh air after enduring guys like Aldridge, Miles, and Sheed.

I predict Ty Lawson goes somewhere that isn't terrible and turns his career around.

Ty Lawson was just bought out.

So they gave DEN a lotto protected pick for him. And they waived Marcus Thornton.

Pretty piss poor decision making by Morey.
That front office has been horrible for a while now. I hope they never break it up.

Man at what point did the Mavericks decide to field the oldest and most boring team in the NBA? Their youngest actual contributor or rotation guy is Chandler Parsons who's 27. Leading scorer is a almost 40 year old Dirk? I just don't buy that team.

Hell, Drexler was lazy too. Dame's a whole different ballgame than we're used to!

If Warriors lose this game, they won't reach 73 games. They two games left against us and 2 or 3 more against the Spurs.

This would be an incredible win for them. How much do games like this take out of their tank?

I didn't know the Warriors were tanking. Could've fooled me.
