I thought about that wehn I saw Draymond Green the other night kick a ball into the 2nd deck. I just don't know if the refs are smart enough to distinguish intentional from non-intentional and do we need any more foul shooting breaks?

...I was thinking it was more spin doctoring from media/Lowe -- like, maybe he is really good at soccer or maybe he just has long legs & giant feet or maybe he's just that quick when trying to intercept passing lanes or all of the above :dunno:

Nards got signed for the rest of the year!

What was the Vegas W/L over under before the season started? Was it 39.5?

Would need to go 9-5 to hit that over. Not impossible, but I’d be a bit nervous.

Kings #3 in the west @40-27 with 15 games left.

It’s been a while since they’ve made the playoffs. Kings fans are probably hyped. Not only playoffs, but HCA.

Interestingly the “scary” teams aren’t even the HCA teams (sans PHX at #4)

No way this team hit’s my 40 win prediction.

League Pass has gone on sale. $14.99 special for the playoffs and you don't even have to worry about blackouts, since your local team won't be in them!

Who is the MVP? I think it’s Giannis. There are so many players with spectacular numbers this season that I think the the guy with the spectacular numbers and the best record should win it.

I wish the award was split out.

To me, there's two different things that need to be recognized.

Most talented player in the league
Most valuable player in the league.

Those two things aren't necessarily the same player. And I'm not sure winning should at all effect recognizing the most talented player in the league.

The Bulls were close to talking the Kings into OT but Fox hit a clutch three for the win. That puts the Bulls only a half game away from us in the tank. That being said I’m counting on us losing the next two and that should make it clear that we need to lose the rest of them.

I honestly expect us to lose the final 17 games of the season and at the very worst we should only be out yanked and in two of them against OKC and the Spurs. I don’t think we’ll end up with a worse record than Orlando but I do think we’ll end up just behind them at 6 in the tank. That should give us around a 36% chance to move into the top 4 and Second Spectrum likes that shot.

Watching Dallas trying to gut out an OT win against the Spurs who seem to feel they can play to win and have their bottom 4 spot locked up in the tank.

I have quite a few friends that are kings fans. Every win they post something about lighting the beam. Being hyped is a understatement for them hahah

The Clippers v Warrior game is a great example of the fallacy of positionless basketball. Athletic size with skill will always dominate this game. Most of the Warriors titles had Bogut to make up in plays where size was imperative and KD to go with that.

Paraphrasing, to use it for Blazers situation. Blazers are great example of the fallacy of cultural basketball. Bullies with balls will always dominate this game. Last Blazers team nobody wanted to play was with Sheed on the floor.

We need to trade for assholes.

Which is why I want to see Sharpe going to the hoop 45 times a game, off the dribble and cutting to the hoop. He'll lose the ball sometimes, miss shots badly sometimes, but he's already shown a graceful ability to glide to the hoop, take contact, and finish, with some of his finishes looking impossible.
I have no idea what's going on in Billups's head, but he's missing the forest for the trees. How Sharpe plays defense right now as a 19-year-old rookie isn't important as long as he's learning. What is important is having Sharpe get as many opportunities as possible to attack defenses and figure out what works. Because for Sharpe, there's a lot that's going to work.

First part of this video: "Sharpe, bullied right through Luka Garza." I can't understand how Chauncey can't see the Blazers desperately need Sharpe to be a bully for the Blazers to improve as a team. Yes, Sharpe will make mistakes. But like Obi Wan Kenobi, he's "our only hope" right now to be that bully. Screw everything else.

Someday you'll make a post where you're right. This is just a bad take, par for the course.
