It's funny how terrible that Chris Paul trade turned out to be. I'd rather have Harrell and Lou Williams straight up. Not to mention that Lou and Trezl will make $14M COMBINED next year, while Chris Paul will make $38M.

It's funny how Darryl Morey and Sam Presti were made out to be top 5 GMs last year...

Funny how things change.
Harrell and Lou with this Houston squad probably beats the Warriors, ironically lol

I’m done, let’s stop all playoff games now and just give the trophy to the Warriors.

Watch Morey add more firepower next season like maybe Kwahi

That CP3 contract seems ridiculous. I get if a guy has been on your team for 10+ years and its like we’ll your older, but we’ll give you a lifetime achievement contract as a thank you for carrying our franchise, like the Kobe contract at the end of his career. Kobes contract was bad, but at least it made sense. CP3 is older, hurt all the time and plays one season in Houston and then they give him that contract, just blows my mind. Cant wait til 37 year old CP3 is averaging 12 and 5 and cant guard his shadow for 40m.

Toronto should try to s&t him though, shit I’d deal him to LA for Lonzo, Ingram, and Kuzma.
Sorry, but that doesn't make sense. Why would the Lakers trade assets to sign Kawhi when they have the cap space to sign him outright?

Make more roster space/cap room for vets that LeBron and Kawhi like. For example, maybe Kyrie?

Kawahi isn't going to the Lakers. He's already said if it's LA it's going to be the Clippers.
Chance Kawhi plays in each destination next year (IMO):
Toronto - 65%
LA Clippers - 25%
NY Knicks - 10%

That's it.

Granted, if Kawhi really wants to win he'd sign in Denver, or he'd accept a sign-and-trade to come here.

“When you’re a superstar you close the game” ....Dame it’s your turn. Lead us to victory come Sunday

If that was the case, they'd pawn of those guys for assets + cap space, not for Kawhi.

Regardless, they don't have enough for two MAX players. Lebron + Luol Deng's dead money accounts for $42M, leaving $67M left over. When you account for 11 roster holds, that leaves $57M leftover. Kawhi + Kyrie would combine for $65.4M if they made their MAX.

And even if they traded away all their other contracts other than Lebron, that'd account for slightly under $24M, which wouldn't be enough to match salary brought in in a sign-and-trade for either of those guys.

Seriously though, I think LeBron May demand a trade around draft time...

Switched over to A's game. They announced Warriors had won series and would face winner of Denver/Portland, then started talking about Dame. Guess I know who they want to see.

Portland is not only better overall story than Denver in my unbiased opinion, Portland/GSW has way better story lines. Klay son of Mychal, Blazers former top pick. Curry v Curry. Dame returning to home town for last games being played in Oakland. They can even rag on Blazers for not drafting Durant.

Denver/GSW is just 1 v 2. Whooptedo

Imagine if Damian hit the game winner in Oakland in game 7 of the WCF, that would be one hell of a sendoff. Doubt that would happen, still need to beat the 7 foot fat, white, kool-aid stained lipped James Harden and his teammates.

James Harden? Lol

The Warriors are better without Durant stuff should stop. That's silly. Talk about overreacting to an insanely small sample size.
The Warriors are interesting. Obviously when Durant is Healthy they put out the most talented team maybe in the history of Basketball. Its kind of a team that doesn't look like it always fits together though. KD can be a bit of a black hole (an amazing one), while the rest of the team doesn't move as well when he plays or pass as well, they basically just know we have so much talent we’ll find a way to win most nights.
When KD doesn’t play they all move well, the ball moves all over and the splash brothers and maybe more importantly the role players all look better and get better shots and opportunities to shine.
Are they a better “team” without KD? I dont know, probably not. They’re still incredible though.

I stand by what I said earlier. Warriors arent better (especially talent wise, without KD), but they do play as a team quite a bit differently.
