Have you been paying attention? I havent seen any tantrums in the past 2 series.Off but On??? No.. Same ol Donkey.
You sound like my wife as we go to bed.Don t know if i am too bored and hope for it?
I say every GM in the league has interest in trying to get Anthony Davis but some have a better chance and some have none.I say Neil Oshley has zero % interest in trying to get AD. Blazers won't even make an offer if history is any indication.
Who gives a fuck? New Orleans will take the best deal. Davis doesn't have a no-trade clause.Anthony Davis isn't interested to play in Portland, he wants to play for the Lakers or Knicks, maybe the Clippers too, period. I'm pretty sure Portland isn't on his list
Also who really knows... Just because stuff is thrown out in the media doesn't really mean anything.Who gives a fuck? New Orleans will take the best deal. Davis doesn't have a no-trade clause.

However, we'll hear a rumor in about 10 months about how Portland was SO close to landing AD in a trade.I say Neil Oshley has zero % interest in trying to get AD. Blazers won't even make an offer if history is any indication.
Kawhi definitely didn't want to go to Toronto. His agent isn't as vocal as Rich Paul.If Davis chooses to leverage being in his walk year, the best deal won't come from a team that Davis is certain to leave.
Kawhi Leonard never spoke positively or negatively about going to Toronto, so it was a risk, but not a doomed chance of keeping him beyond the year. If Davis specifically said he wouldn't stay if traded to Team X, that team is not going to offer the biggest package.
Have you been paying attention?
I've hated Terrance Jones since the story of him stomping on a homeless person came out. After his cheapshot, this was well deserved.
The dancing and showboating is hilarious though.

What? Reports were that Kawhi was pissed. He had basically sat out a full season to get a trade. He couldn't exactly do that again. It wasn't his preferred destination, but there wasn't evidence that he was hostile to Toronto and he levied no ultimatums. If Davis comes out and says he will not re-sign with a team, do you really think that team will do their best to outbid teams like LAL, New York or Boston?
CJ and ZachWhat package could we offet that beats everybody? NeO may have all the will, does he have the tools?
CJ and Zach
Even more so look what is happening in Toronto.Who gives a fuck? New Orleans will take the best deal. Davis doesn't have a no-trade clause.
Is there evidence that he is hostile toward Portland? On the contrary. He has a very good relationship with Lillard.but there wasn't evidence that he was hostile to Toronto and he levied no ultimatums.

You are in a conversation that is comparing Leonard going to Toronto and Davis going to Portland. It's a pretty obvious connection. I didn't say you said it. What you said was that Leonard wasn't hostile toward Toronto so his situation was plausible. Or at least that is the way it reads. Davis to Portland might be a stretch but the Blazers absolutely should be looking at any way they could possibly make it happen in my opinion. There has been nothing hostile in regards to Portland either.I never said anything about his feelings toward Portland. I was saying that Anthony Davis likely can influence where he's traded, even if he doesn't have a no-trade clause.

So you're skirting around your stance? You specifically mentioned 3 teams while asking why any other team would attempt to outbid them. By naming those 3 teams you're implying all other teams, including Portland, fall into the other category.I wasn't weighing in on Davis going to Portland. If I was, I'd have invoked Portland directly in my post. I disagreed with a point being made in that discussion, the idea that Davis has no say. I believe he does have a say, for the reasons I gave. I have no opinion on how Davis feels about Portland.
I brought up Leonard simply because I felt someone would use that as a counter to what I said, so I wanted to address it and why I don't believe it counters my opinion.
