Time to cash in all those picks for...?

People complain the draft is a crapshoot. Is trading picks really any better? Isn't it equally a crapshoot whether the trade nets you Grant or RoCo? In both cases, you are at the mercy of the GM's ability to evaluate talent.

Honestly, I would tell OKC to keep the 1st round picks unless they get a godfather offer and use the 2nd rounders to buy a few vet role-players to fill in any gaps.

A couple of great games by Giddey recently.

18/15/6 The sideline out of bounds pass is amazing!

24/10/12 Only two players in league history have recorded triple doubles in each of their first two games at MSG: Josh Giddey, and Wilt Chamberlain.

Grizzlies lost. Jazz in a close one and Embiid is having a monster game. We may be #1 seed in about an hour. Also Denver blowing lead in Chicago. Suns play Heat tomorrow.

Garland made 10 threes and scored 51. Is that the NBA season high?

I said from the beginning that Mitchell and Conley were a bad match. Conley is playing better this year without him. Still, I don't think anyone wants to give up much for him unless there is a season-ending injury to a contender. His 24 million next year is not that attractive. I think he stays as well.
Is that really true? Mike Conley made the All Star team playing with Mitchell and they had the best record in the league that season.

Embiid

55 points
10 rebounds
8 assists
7 blocks

and the game isn’t over

Embiid missed turnaround 3 that would’ve given him 60

Big night for a number of players Garland, Embiid, Sabonis

Wow GS. When was the last time a team went 0 for their first 7 games on the road........the year after winning the championship?

If we still have a .67 win % by end of Nov, we're for real indeed.

GSW def missing GP2 and we have him to add to our already solid team.

Walker is a steal in the draft. He will be a good NBA player.

Winslow is our Draymond Green.

I really enjoy watching him play. Love his courtvision mate.

Only if you were suggesting that he could shoot at the rate of 8 out of 9 if he took 20 shots.
? I'm not following that math? You jut said he shot 11-20. That is over 50% from the field and that doesn't count his FT's. I'd take 11-20 shooting from my PF every night.

Seen that tweet which says that the Warriors hadn’t started a season 0-7 on the road since 1989… The year I was born… 33 years ago… Wow!
