I thought in-season tournament games are designated games and they don't start until november. I thought this game has no relevance to in-season tournament

Yeah my understanding is only group games count towards qualifying for the in-season tourny but it's new so I'm not completely sure.

I do think we need to go back to 4 divisions again; with 8 per division, the top 4 from each division should be seeded in the playoffs, to keep things interesting. No play-in tournament, that’s kindergarten shit.

Yeah the play in Tournament is simply about money and giving those teams fans something to root for. Of course now everyone will say "But what about Miami". Miami should never have been a play in team IMO but I can live with the idea of giving a team that struggled with injuries but worked hard to get in the playoffs a chance. You never know right?
