He's REALLY bad.I think the play by play of that highlight shows exactly why him going to the Spurs is going to be the annoying thing in the history of the NBA.
Sean Elliott.
I was going to post that very thing. I know nothing about him, but he is 6'11". Worth a flier? Is anyone familiar with his game at Texas?
Failing in Charlotte isn't necessarily a black mark for me.

I wonder if this guy talks like that in real life.

And/or drugs. He is dealing with mental health issues.
Send him to NYK.If Morris is pissy about being a reserve on a win-now team in LA, how's he going to feel about being a reserve on a rebuilding team in Portland?
Perhaps no impact on injuries, but I don't see how data can measure the effect of load management (or lack thereof) on player fatigue.
it wasn't nearly "as bad" as the last dv. His wife didn't have to go the the ER suffering from a severe beating.Miles Bridges…smh

Looks like he might have lost some of his explosiveness.Zion has really fallen from grace...
Jesus, that sounds like it should be attempted murder.it wasn't nearly "as bad" as the last dv. His wife didn't have to go the the ER suffering from a severe beating.
I guess a regular kid handoff turned south. The allegations are Miles was yelling and screaming mean things, then fastballed pool balls at the ex wife's car breaking windows. The little children were in the vehicle during this alleged incident.
I read one report saying the Miles blowup happened earlier this year, and cops are just recently serving the arrest warrant.
The new MB charges are violating a protective order under probation, DO NOT fight with ex wife. The other charge is child abuse.
The billard balls were allegedly shattering glass on the children in the car. Plus it's maniacal, dangerous, insane to throw baseball sized rocks at people in cars. They could have gone straight through the thin glass and smacked someone causing severe injury.
Bridges has 10 games left on a 30 game suspension. The Hornets & the NBA are focused on getting Bridges on the court. Talent always supersedes off court family abuse. Being that nobody went to the hospital bloodied & beaten after this new allegation, I expect a very lenient slap on the wrist suspension (if any).
So irrelevant to compare minutes from those periods decades ago.over 14 seasons, Wilt averaged 46 minutes and 75 games a year. If you delete the 1969-70 season when he only played 12 games, in the other 13 seasons he averaged 46 minutes in 80 games a year. He also played 160 playoff games averaging 47 minutes, So, over 46 minutes/game for 91 games a year
Karly Malone played 17 seasons of 80 games or more averaging over 37 minutes. He averaged 36 minutes over 81 games when he was 39
think of what they could have done about fatigue with load management...j/k
And so as his trade value. I just said in a different post we don't need ro trade Ant. But Ant for Zion anytimeLooks like he might have lost some of his explosiveness.

Brodgon didn't make the cut. He's probably comparable to several of those guys in the mid-90s, so it's not a huge sleight I guess.
Spoiler: No Blazers made the cut.
pro sports vs. moralityBut he should've been on his best behavior since he hasn't even got to game 1 of the season to start his suspension. Hornets look stupid for giving him a single $1 right now and the NBA looks like a joke if they don't give an additional major suspension.
Ja gets what 25 games for a friends video threatening nobody but someone charged with child abuse and issued an arrest warrant gets less?
Ja never was charged with a crime for either incident.

Players didn't play as hard for all 48 minutes.
The league had way more terrible teams.
Also the 98% or whatever of guys that were too injured to play the same minutes as Malone/Wilt kind of prove the point that more rest/load management may have been needed.
and if you're a scrub who randomly says the "k-word" while playing a video, you're blackballed.pro sports vs. morality
1 makes vast amounts of cash
the other has 0 dollar value
Bridges beats his wife. But he can get your team 15 & 6 on a very cheap 7m dollar contract. One of the NBA's most inexpensive stat stuffer. Almost every armchair GM mentions adding Bridges, production overlaps payroll. Even our beloved Danny Marang, the local voice of reason, tries to convince fans that adding Miles Bridges to the Blazers roster is "worth a shot". He's cheap, it saves Jody Allen money, he can add big stats for pennies on the dollar.
Ja Morant kept showing off with guns. The NBA has a very strict gun policy. Also, Ja Morant is an iconic superstar, his public perception is held to a much higher standard.
Miles Bridges went from rising star, to take a flyer with horrible baggage attached. His public perception is not disciplined as sternly as superstar NBA player Morant.
