I guess Anthony Davis is all hype, no substance. Vonleh will own him for years to come.
 
How hurt can Kerr be that he can't pop a couple Advil and coach the game? Was he limping out there to get his ring? Sounds like a scary injury if they have no idea when he'll be back.

Alvin Gentry is a bad coach. Pelicans gonna get ran out of the gym for their first 2 games, and offense is supposed to be Gentry's forte.

Kerr said Gentry was the reason they won last season..I think he's a good coach but he's only got 9 players in this game and he just started with this team, so it'll take some time. He was great in Golden State on the bench

Stotts was said by some to be the reason the Mavs won. Both these guys looked bad in earlier head coaching jobs. I don't understand the love fest for the Pelicans; Monty got that team to play some great stretches last year. I don't think he was perfect but it wasn't like he cost them a ton of wins.

Take Davis off that team and they may be the worst roster in the league. Yes he's a for sure stud but that's too much expectations for one player even if he's an MVP. I've even heard people say they expect over 50 wins? I just don't see it.
 
Gentry took Suns to WCF in 2010. That was a fun team. Nash's last chance.

Golden State's GM said before the game that he doesn't know how the Warriors will do this year because AG is 'irreplaceable' to what they did last year and is undoubtedly a loss.

This was after he got the job and a couple hours before they played him tonight.

He is a very good offensive coach.

They'll be just fine, win a championship? Idk. TBH I didn't think they were the best team last season. Just very fortunate to play in a year decimated by injury

Steph Curry is just a boss.

Good lord that guy is fun to watch. He could have easily dropped 60 last night if he wanted to.
