It won't be just the Warrior shooters blowing Houston away. Howard and Houston will not be able to leave Bogut unattended so watch for a plethora of off the ball action, the Warriors will get a lot of baskets by getting the ball to a cutters moving to the hoop, meeting the ball on the way. From wing, down the middle, weak side base and all of the above, a basketball offensive system on display. And I am going to covet their coach.
 
Now this is what I don't get about LaMarcus Aldridge. He had ONE FREAKING healthy playoff year during this short LMA/Dame era we've experienced which was last years playoff run. Now check me out. Clippers had this core for like 4 years now. Guess what? smacked every year with early exits. Memphis hasn't been doing shit every playoffs the last 4 years except that random wcf appearance but they got swept by Spurs. Yet u never hear Marc Gasol wanting to leave. Don't even get me started on the thunder they've given that core years together. So my question is why does rumors follow LMA so much to give up on us like that??

Being together years doesn't mean much unless they have a coach or a team member that has the power to bring togetherness and choreograph team play to exploit the talents of the members.
Lamarcus isn't that guy, very talented but not that one and has never had that talent with him, but I imagine he instinctively knows he needs it.
 
Good thing there aren't any Clippers fans, otherwise they'd be seriously pissed.

Doc Rivers shot his mouth off too much this season. We should have grabbed Kevin McHale when I said to. He'd have changed Aldridge.

Problems:
OKC would have Ibaka and Griffin and no SF.
Griffin was not the rpblem for the Clippers
Durant might not be healthy
Durant might leave for DC in a year.
Just because Griffin's FROM Oklahoma doesn't mean he wants to go back
 
Anyone have stats for just the Clippers/Rockets series? I'd be interested to see if Harden had a positive +/-, seeing as how he was sitting on the bench for the pivotal comeback from 19 down.

Actually, it's possible that every Rocket player has a negative +/- given the way they were blown out in the three games they lost.
 
Hey! Maybe we'll be subjected to fewer cliff paul and those silly kia ads now that the clips went down in flames . . . (Although seeing the kia go off the deck of that carrier, plummet into the drink, and get run over would be epic!)

The ESPN boards used to have one board for each team. Right now, the Clippers board would be getting a couple hundred per hour of snickering posts from other boards. I remember when Kobe got busted in Colorado. Maris and I joined many, many others and got on the Laker board that night. It was chaos. ESPN brought in several special moderators for a few days on the Laker board. I got banned because I pretended to be an anti-Kobe girl saying "Tee hee" at Kobe. They didn't know I was also posting under a second pro-Kobe name and they didn't ban that one. My girl argued against Laker fans, including my temporary fake Laker self. I created both screen names just for the occasion. They knew my 3rd name as one of the biggest posters on the Blazer board, but they didn't connect it to that.

Right now I'd be trolling the Clippers board...I sometimes posted there sympathetically because they lost so much, but right now I'd be abusing them. The good old days.

I never leave this board, so it took me a couple of minutes to find it. Then I realized they're not in San Diego anymore. No wonder I couldn't find it.
