It is always interesting to me that people who have "issues"........it seems like it isn't until they are filthy rich til it comes out. Go back and watch and read articles from Kanye back when he was a struggling producer in a Chicago basement grinding.....dude was "normal" and level headed. Just another guy. Then once he has more money and fame than he knows what to do with, THEN he has issues. Once he can fly around to any beach in the world and buy any plane and car he wants, THEN he becomes a nut job. Save it.

I think it's called being eccentric... Has that label ever been applied to a poor person?!

Did you see the brief Jamie Foxx interview about playing Mike Tyson in an upcoming movie? Said with a perfect Iron Mike impression:

MT: I'm the happiest I've ever been.

JF: Why is that?

MT: Because I'm poor now.

JF: Why does that make you happy?

MT: Because they can't take anything away from me.

I was honestly a bit taken aback by it. I was a huge Mike Tyson fan back in the day, but I never expected something so raw or vulnerable from him. Makes me want to see the movie, as Foxx said that's the direction he wanted to explore with it.

seems like the NBA is going to have to do at least one of three things:

* abandon the 72 game schedule and accept schedule anomalies that can disadvantage some teams

* extend the completion date of the regular season

* jump the line for vaccinations

they will almost certainly not jump the line, so it seems something has to give in what was really a too ambitious schedule

Almost makes you feel for Donald J. Trump. Born into money, the poor guy never had a chance...

But according to some on here, they are this great team right? Or maybe they were quick to judge and should have waited 20 games.....

if being blown out is the gauge you're using, it's only happened to Phoenix once. It's happened to Portland 3 times

by the way, the Strength of Schedules so far, before tonight:

and SRS:

Strength of schedule which is basically what both of these stats reflect is bullshit at this point in the season. We've played 5 games against teams who are currently 1st, 2nd, 4th, and 6th in the West, one game against the Kings who are only one game below .500 and four teams that are struggling. I don't know what is going on with Toronto (did they have a bunch of COVID missed games?) but I doubt they will be dragging our SOS down at the end of the season.

What happened to Brandon Knight? Is he out of the league? I was trying to look him up but I don’t think he’s on a team.

those numbers were prior to the Toronto game

and for fuck sakes....maybe we need a SCOTUS ruling on when it's OK to use any numbers from this season....March 11? Of course all the numbers right now are small sample size. Everybody knows that I'm thinking

I was posting those two 'rankings' in response to somebody saying Phoenix is mediocre because they got blown out last night. If you'll notice, I showed just enough of those two rankings to have Portland and Phoenix included

I think the guy he pushes down must have bought a little something at “Drug Mart”.
Trying to simply get him to move outside of the circle. The ref was sitting there waiting and telling him to move but it wasn't happening?

I’m sure you’re right. I just thought it was funny how the guy falls on his butt from a little nudge. He must have flopping down to an art form.

From the article:

“Because testing was less available and there were higher rates of false positives early in the pandemic, there is some level of uncertainty as to how many players had true positive cases early in 2020, especially during the league's three-month shutdown.

It is possible that some players who tested positive for the virus but were asymptomatic months ago were false positives.”

yeah, that's probably the likely cause

but the other possibilities are concerning, or at least mostly concerning. The good news could be anti-bodies lasting longer? The bad news could actually be that a person can contract Covid multiple times
