Me and Sly been telling you ALL SEASON this Suns team was the best and Denver was trash ass team!

Can’t both be true?
Can’t Terry not be the best coach at adjustments, and Neil not be great at putting the right pieces on the team?

Roster has NOTHING to do with losing to Denver. We were a far more talented team than them. Maybe if we faced Phoenix and we lost you could have said that but no, we had plenty of great pieces to beat an injured Nuggets team.

Yes, pieces, but not a unit. Our pieces didn’t mesh, and that’s on Olshey

curious what you think a coach's job is.
To get the most out of the team he or she is given.

Stotts basically exceeded Vegas win totals every year. He had 3 of the worst NBA defenders not only on the roster, but in the rotation. Not a lot of options. He is not the best for making adjustments, but again, not a lot of options defensively.

stotts is the one who played Melo and Kanter ahead of Jones/Little/RHJ. Even when it was painfully obvious all season this pairing was awful, it took until game 4 while down 1-2 for Stotts to make this basic change of taking Enes out of the rotation.

I dont understand how you attribute blame to Neil when Stotts was the one making decisions on the floor. How Terry justified taking our best on ball wing defender completely out of playing warrants the firing by itaelf, never mind his million other faults.

The rest of the media and league disagreed this past summer. I'll go with what experienced NBA veterans say over what you say. No offense.

Stotts has had PLENTY of options but he's too obsessed with giving veterans minutes. Nobody put a gun to his head and told him to play Tolliver last season over Little or Kanter over RHJ/Giles.

Half of the Suns rotation wouldn't get minutes under Stotts because of how young they are.

The excuses are tired and predictable. Stotts should have beaten the Nuggets with his roster in the first round of the playoffs. It has nothing to do with Olshey.

Stotts is no longer our coach.

Ok

Sixers are an incomplete team. Not enough shooters to compete in today’s NBA

Bud should be fired if he can’t beat the Nets without Harden and Kyrie.

why can't Bud get Giannis to stop taking threes? "Giannis Antetokounmpo is by all objective measures a bad three point shooter. Only he doesn’t seem to know it or he just doesn’t care. In these playoffs, Antetokounmpo is shooting 13.5 percent on 3s overall. But it’s the fact that he’s taken a higher share of self-created 3s than anyone else that’s concerning. He’s shooting just 11.8 percent on self-created shots from beyond the arc and it’s exactly what the defense wants him to do. With the help of tracking.pbpstats.com, we can actually break down Antetokounmpo’s self-created three point attempts into those that have been contested or uncontested2. Normally, players resort to self-created shots because they’re being closely guarded. But Antetokounmpo stands out for the fact that that many of his self-created 3s are taken when the defense isn’t anywhere near him. During the regular season, 81 percent of his self-created 3s were uncontested, by far the highest rate in the league among high volume shot creators."

Kind of tells you where we are; that we don't get even one vote for any Blazer for all-defensive team:
Below are the other players who received votes for the 2020-21 NBA All-Defensive Team, listed at the position at which they received the most votes. The “Total Points” category represents points that players received at any position, not just the position at which they are listed: Mikal Bridges, Marcus Smart, Luguentz Dort, Chris Paul, Paul George, Alex Caruso, Dejounte Murray, Kentavious Caldwell-Pope, TJ McConnell, Dennis Schroeder, Dillon Brooks, Danny Green, Fred VanVleet, Jaylen Brown, Mike Conley, Donovan Mitchell, Russell Westbrook.

Well, wait, appears that ROCO got at least one vote; but behind all those guys listed.
