Official Blazers Training Camp Thread...........

Why even post this? Limited on what you can report? Don't know what the team wants out there and what they don't? Saw a lot of possitive things? I mean seriously, HCP, WTF?

lol, ironic. Says the guy who says he has friends in high places and leaves vague details about things that never happen.

Look at Capt. Couv having my back.

One thing I can mention, I saw an alley-oop thrown to Elliot Williams and he threw it down HARD! Head was up at the rim, no doubt about the reports of his vertical.

About all we can learn from watching this scrimmage is that the cameraman can't go to his left.

LOL at Nate standing with his arms folded in the first video

Great ball movement in the second video. Let's hope that continues in the regular season

Who was the blonde in the third video at the end taslking to Babbitt? Holy Christ!!!

It's cool that you remember the "deal coming soon" thread. I mean what was that, 4-5 years ago?

And it wasn't that he was vague, it was what he said. "Limited on what he could report" But he reported nothing. Didn't know what the team wanted or didn't want? I mean WTF does that even mean?

The blonde is the new ComcastSports girl! Just started Monday! She's from Chicago.

FINALLY bringing imprtant info. She looked hot as hell from that brief 1 second she was on camera

I was enjoying watching Babbitt shoot too. We might have a steal there.

Who's the guy with the long hair? I think he had 25 on.

Raymond Sykes, 6-9 from Clemson, has the long hair. Looks good. In the 47-minute tape, just before 11:00, Rice says that everyone passed McMillan's running test. At 11:36 he says that Hersey Hawkins is now on staff, on the floor working with Przybilla and Oden today. 13:25 Rice says that when Rudy got hurt he was so high making the stupendous block, that when he flipped upside-down in midair, his feet were at rim level. He hit the floor flat on his back. Rice stated emphatically that Rudy has worked extremely hard all 3 days.

Well it's good to know that the Blazers have a 6'3 SG working with Greg and Joel.

Yeah, idiots! Like the Bulls and Lakers getting a 6'10" center to coach their all-world shooting guards. Because, after all, nobody knows anything but the position THEY played.

Who was the doofus interviewing players with Rice? Just when I thought it couldn't get any worse than Harvey....

Casey Hoaldahl. He is @pdxtrailblazers on twitter, and runs a blog on Blazers.com. He used to run the OLive Blazers blog back in the day. Pretty chill dude, but has no background in broadcasting.

I nominate his nickname to be the Gunslinger.

Check out blazers.com now. Casey has one on one player interviews coming up on webcam.

I am betting after another video of him shooting well in practice that he is a soon to be all star here on the boards!:sherlock:

Matthews was draining them too until they got to the corner by the camera, and he couldn't get any of his first tries to go down. I think we may be in decent shape regarding outside shooting.

Hawkins was just shagging balls for Przybilla, who was practicing long shots. Hersey was looping his arm around, returning them underhanded from distance. He should have developed the underhand outside shot when he was McMillan's teammate in Seattle.

As long as he hits them in practice he doesn't have to in real games!
