He "could" finish above 45%. That wasn't the question though.

Thybulle is a nice role player even if he is shooting 35% from 3, so me not being ready to buy into him being a 40% 3pt shooter isn't a knock on him at all.

I think he finishes 40% or better

he's at 37% after 32 games and there's only 50 games left of the season. Assuming his makes/attempts remain about the same, he'd have to shoot 42% the rest of the season. Possible but it seems pretty unlikely
plan for ~35 games, not all 50. Jerami is not an All-Star, so Cronin can bench him and avoid getting fined for tanking.

I think Scoots improvement helps him get there with increased easy three kick outs.

Blazer tickets?
Other decides the persons signature for a month?

I'm open to whatever you would enjoy (losing)!

So if you win, I will give you my 300 level, half court tix with parking pass, to make a choice of a handful of games of my choosing, for next year.
If I win, you need to change your name to “Tince the Taint Tickler” until the next seasons opening tip. :)

To be clear, if he shoots .399999999% or less on threes. I lose. If he shoots .4000000% or more on threes, I win.
Do we have a deal?
He shot pretty well last night. . I understand if you want to back out. :)

Jerami's rebounding problem, the biggest weakness in his game, pretty much disappears as soon as they play him at SF.

He is kind of our starting SF now if we consider Camara a PF. But once Ayton gets back I would like to see a starting lineup
with Sharpe, Grant, Walker, and Ayton.

As for the PG who starts with that unit.....that is debatable. Personally, I think the best starting lineup includes Brogdon. Even if they intend to trade him it would increase his trade value. I know he was the 6th man of the year but I think with this team he needs to start......if we care about being competitive. Scoot, Ant, Camara, and Reath is a decent bench (Along with one starter)

In any event, I think one of our biggest issues right now is the lack of continuity. We are a completely new team from last year and all the injuries they have had, just compound the problem. I don't expect them to make the play in, but a different lineup each night is not helping.

  1. I spit water all of my keyboard reading this
  2. I've never been so scared to lose a bet
  3. I'm still rooting for Thybulle to make every 3 he takes
  4. It's a deal!

Saw an article from someone in the Bay Area suggesting the Warriors trade for Grant.

They suggested CP3, Moody & a pick or two.

Not a CP3 fan.

Assuming Paul would be moved to a third team. Replace Moody and a pick with Kuminga, and I'm down.

Maybe something like this:

76ers dump Korkmaz to get under the tax. It costs them 3 seconds to do so.

Orlando swaps Fultz for Brogdon & pays a late 1st (Den) and a second to do so. This has been talked a bunch.

Washington swaps out Wright (& salary - Gallo) for Fultz and a pair of seconds. They at least give Fultz a chance to be someone that they can resign.

Warriors give up CP3, Kaminga, & a pick for Grant & Wright. They swing for a win-now move.

Portland cashes in with future picks & Kaminga.

I might do that. I don't like helping out the Warriors, but I'd consider this one.

Dude... I have never seen someone chop up a trade machine and post multiple pics. Why can't you just screenshot the whole thing?

Doesn't all fit on 1 screen on my phone.

On my desktop I can download a screenshot of the entire proposal - but I don't see that option in the mobile version

I personally would take the deal, but I don’t see the Warriors doing that. So they’d have to unprotect their ‘24 1st and get rid of CP3 (who I’ve seen reports that they want to bring back on a 2-3 year deal). I have no reason to believe that isn’t true, seeing how much CP3 is helping them right now. Getting rid of CP3 for Grant seems like a marginal improvement, if any at all. Even if we got Wiggins + filler for CP3 though, I’d do the deal.

Don't know what phone or browser you use, but Chrome on my Samsung allows me to use the desktop version of any site if I don't like the mobile formatting.

I had peviously been wanting to hang on to Jerami, unless blown away, because I waned to stay somewhat competitive in games, felt it was better for learning for Sharpe and Scoot to be in tight games, etc.
But if WITH Jerami, we're still gonna get blown out by 20-30 points, I'd just as soon ship him away for the best package we can get at the deadline and be on our way for hunting for another wing.

Give me Wiggins, Moody, unprotect ‘24 1st, top 4 protected ‘26 1st, ‘29 unprotected 2nd.

Or CP3, Kuminga, unprotect ‘24 1st, top 4 protected ‘26 1st, ‘29 unprotected 2nd.

Earlier in the season, Grant was playing really well. Probably the best that I've seen him.

The last 3-4 weeks, it looks like he is just mailing it in. Just atrocious. Id be surprised if we could get positive value out of him with a trade

He did the same thing last year.

With the news if CP3 breaking his hand - how about this option?

Id probably cut CP3 and use his open roster spot to cycle through guys

My feeling lately is that Bl;azers should do a faver to Grant and let him get away from this team.

Wish he was doing us a favor and playing actual basketball after getting paid.

He already did. No GM in the league is questioning Jerami's abilities right now. I think anyone can understand how players on this team have lost motivation. So Jerami has shown that he can still ball, he should have solid value in a trade.

This team just needs to trade Jerami, Malcolm and in my opinion Ant... get everything they can for those two in terms of picks and prospects and just move forward with Shae, Scoot, Toumani, Deandre and the prospects we get when trading those three.
