What brings you to this conclusion?

Because if he were playing it would likely be talked about more, and the NBA wants to keep it as quiet as possible.

I'm surprised it's taken them this long to clear him though... It seemed to me from what I read that he wouldn't likely be charged. But the fact that it has taken so long means maybe it's not that clear.

it's always weird to me to see the Blazers commercials where (for instance) Blake is there staring at a camera, twirling a ball around, with Wheels' voice in the background....but it's not about the player on the screen--it's about Wes or someone else. I don't get it.
