Interesting idea. The Bulls are only over the tax line by $4.2M (
noted in earlier post). Noah's salary for this year is $13.4M. If they're concerned about payroll, another individual they're probably looking to remove from their books is Mike Dunleavy with a salary of $4.5M (2 yrs).
If they're looking for help this season, they're probably going to need more depth with Bigs. Noah was giving them 22 mpg at the center spot. Their only solid Bigs left are Mirotic, Gasol, and Gibson. They've got wings like Butler, Rose, Snell, McDermott, Brooks, Hinrich, and Moore. I'm not sure Henderson would add much there.
If they're giving up a 1st rounder, they're probably going to want some young talent. Perhaps Leonard? They could use him this year, and have him as a restricted FA this summer if they really liked him. If they're looking for some veteran Big help, perhaps also include Kaman.
