Oh my! 7'8" wingspan shot-blocking menace...with a '3'?

Badji started getting eyeballs here before the 2021 draft with his length and athleticism on D. He’s just raw. Can he become a serious back-up 2 years from now or 2 years away from 2 years?

With his abilities, it’s all about work ethic and how much he wants to be great (or good). I love the signing.

Para bailar Mo Bomba
Pro baller Mo Bamba
Pro baller Mo Bamba, a lotto pick, but can't start in Orlando
He can't start in Orlando, plays less than Bol Bol and Chuka Okeke
Less than Chuka Okeke, four seats away
four seats away, four seats away.
He's no Paolo Banchero
He's no Paolo Banchero, no cap my man
No cap my man, no cap my man

Thanks. I thought 35 mpg seemed quite high. 2.4 blocks in 17 minutes? Yes please! :blazerwookie:
Feels like a D69 pickup...

If you ask Mike Barrett, Ibou is already well ahead of Victor in terms of development, and he's already put 15 lbs of muscle on just since the team signed him.

I <3 this

Some people may not get this or the original reference. But this is good!

First thing I read when I woke up, like right when I woke up, and I instantly read it to the tune of the song LOL!!

If even one person enjoyed it, than it was worth the effort.

have you considered that the prognosis for Sarr's wrist injury might not be good?
Yes I have. If that’s the case I guess that’s just business but also sad. I feel the NBA should have something more akin to NFL contracts due to injuries. Of course that would require a wholesale contract renegotiation. Im torn between Darius Miles type situations and also where players get fucked. I’m not saying that’s what happened here just my thoughts on your comment.

Huh? The NBA is the one with fully guaranteed contracts for everyone.

You are one #BAM and not using high brow words like retirement for me to believe it is really a HCP post

I was thinking about spelling it phonetically, but than I realized, "retyiremint" looks funny.

Didn’t we just waive the guy in question? I meant like signing bonuses.

He loses the roster spot, not the contract. The NFL lacks such assurances for most players, but makes up for some of it with signing bonuses up front. I doubt a bench-riding no-name would get that, though.

I think I am finally too old to understand a music reference. I officially retire from being a cool person.
It's an old, old music reference. You're young and too cool to catch a (bad) La Bamba parody.

Thanks for the clarification. My bad.

I hope we blow out the Jazz and Badji gets a put-back dunk or an alley-oop lob where he tears the rim down.
