Is it me or is everybody hyping d rose a little too much? Yes, he looks good in the game. Fast, explosive, like we always knew him but it seems that the bandwagon with rose is strong right now. I remember seeing bulls fans when he got injured saying "trade him, get rid of him". Now all of a sudden we should all be scared because he's back. Come on now. I think people are speaking a little too early. Come on now

Nobody is even trying to defend Rose. It's like they don't want to knock him off-balance for fear of hurting him. His defense is non-existent, too.

Yes, he's explosive. Honestly though I would put Westbrook ahead in explosiveness. The way he looked against San Antonio was insane. I'm just saying, I don't understand the hype right now. He looks good but he still can't shoot.

I think it's safe to say his explosiveness is back but it may also be that same explosiveness that leads to another injury. Hopefully not but it will always be a worry now.

Yeah, that's kind of what I'm getting at. Those couple finishes were pretty much uncontested. They probably locked him up for the team before they even saw him play. Curry as well. And I bet they will give irving the third spot even though in my opinion, lillard deserves it and works harder than any of tees guys and it shows on the court. First time I have actually see dame play great defense. Shut down wall. The d rose hype is annoying. Those knees are just gonna go quicker

Rose was a great player, though. As a Blazer fan, I can't blame a great player (Roy) because his knees failed him. I fear Rose is going to have the same issues, and these FIBAs are kind of a payback for him. In two years, I don't see his knees being able to play any defense at all, considering what is asked of him on offense, much like with Roy.
