I understand many on here are tough on your stances but some of the shit you post is funny....Similar to cornerstones?
I'd love to see Nurk get his feet set and get the ball inside more. He could really pound it in the paint, but not under Stotts.
That's just silly.
It's not Stott's fault at all. TT got plenty of touches in the post.
Nurk cannot strive in such a fast paced game. And yeah Stotts is always saying faster faster...those lazy passes and lethargic play is because Nurk is not built for that kind of speed. He needs to be fed in the paint.
Too bad he doesn’t finish better in the paint.
Dude. Nurk was a beast just last Thursday at the game you and I were at!!Last year Nurk was a beast, this year he is not. I truly believe that has everything to do with Stott's system

Mostly on the move. Its rarer occasion he gets an actual chance to set his feet and dig in.

You are actually promoting a "Slower pace" than the absolute snail pace this team already plays? With a slower pace he could
#Yougottabekidding
Besides the pick & pop, TT lived on that left block.
He needs to convert more looks in the paint
Collins can walk through the door for you now. What he needs is a weak-side PF that he can dump to when doubled. You know, like he use to way back when he played with Vonleh.
Look i am really not into the finger rolls and soft floating sideways glancing shots the guy puts up constantly. But you have to admit. 44-30 ain't bad at all.

This is the stuff that makes me want to pull my hair out. Do you actually think Terry Stotts is telling the guy not to do that? Get real? Stotts would breathe way easier if Nurk would throw it down every time. Thinking he doesn't want that or isn't telling him to do it is just crazy talk.
I watch this team this play and I am bored to tears, for me it's just an awful style of basketball to watch.
Yeah, because we have guys like Layman, (had Vonleh), and Meyers instead of 30 year old vets. The latter would make it so we weren't top 5. How many of those guys of all-star potential? Maybe 1, probably none. I hate when people use the "were young so were fine being mediocre" excuse. These dudes don't have much growth left in them. We've had most of them the past 3 years and have seen 0 growth. And they were younger two years ago then they are now!Bunch of middle of the road guys except Dame.
Now think about this for a second. They have the third youngest roster in the league.
Beasts bring it all the time. Nurk does not.Dude. Nurk was a beast just last Thursday at the game you and I were at!!
Too bad the Bulls didn’t wanna trade Mirotic. What he needs is a weak-side PF that he can dump to when doubled. You know, like he use to way back when he played with Vonleh.
So I guess the rookies we draft this year and next year will be making such a drastic impact that it pushes us over the top? Because if Dame/CJ/Collins are untouchable there is no one else to trade for any value, and we currently have the 5th highest payroll in the league leaving us zero cap space to sign any difference maker(and the cap situation isn’t changing before the 5 year plan is up) so that leaves the next two rookies we draft as the main pieces to completing the rebuild. I’m not buying into that plan.44-30 record sits at 74 games is just 59% winning percentage. Or a 49-50 win season. So you just sit in there on that treadmill if your team is getting into a 50 win season on the third year of a rebuild.
Far from "Mediocrity". Sorry you can't see that.
Too bad we didn't have a 1st round pick and a bad contract to trade.Too bad the Bulls didn’t wanna trade Mirotic.

Saying you aren't buying into the plan like you have a choice? Priceless. So I guess the rookies we draft this year and next year will be making such a drastic impact that it pushes us over the top?
