Scout's note to head coach:

Trail Blazers are young, athletic, deep bench, and fun to watch. They never get tired and will probably kick our ass! The Rose Garden is loud, watch out!

They're so scary that if they put their talent together for a few games in a row, especially on their home court, that's something the rest of us don't want to face.
The "scary" part begins on Oct. 28 in Los Angeles, just a few days before Halloween!!

^ your sig sucks.... :) what's even more scary is if old man mccain were to be pushin' up daisys in a year or so after he took office..

As a whole, this group reminds me of the old Mavericks when they were getting started with Steve Nash, Michael Finley and Dirk Nowitzki. This is a legitimate playoff team that is ready to win now, and I don't know if I'd like to run into them in the playoffs. They're so scary that if they put their talent together for a few games in a row, especially on their home court, that's something the rest of us don't want to face.

I liked this paragraph. Nash, Finley, & Dirk were a fun team to watch. While it's a nice compliment, I don't really see it. All those guys are pure offense and never played a lick of D. Oden, Aldridge, & Roy will play both ends of the floor.

What sig? All I see is a beautiful avatar. :ghoti:

I love his avatar, dont get me wrong. But if you can bring politics from the OT forums into these forums via pictures/signatures, then we should be able to comment about them, no?

It's all in good fun anyway! :pimp:
go blazers! and sportstwo!

in the article there are a few silly things though

Aldridge is a good rebounder

McMillan is used to teaching half-court defense, and offensively he looks to break before slowing it down and executing.

maybe im just not reading it right.

So who is Michael Finley in that comparison?

It was a great read, but that is also the exact article that stood out in my mind also! Thats very interesting to hear from a scout.
