My gut is that was an incomplete pass. I do not think the replay conclusively showed VaTech never completed the pass though. Based on the rules of replay, I believe the call on the field should have stood.
IMO, the replay booth wouldn't have never concluded it was incomplete pass without it being obvious, because it was called a TD. What I saw was no control of ball when he ho the ground.

I tend to agree with this. And once the TD was called on the field, there needed to be indisputable evidence a catch was not made. I did not feel this was the case, even though I don't believe a catch was made.
The video evidence we saw was not absolutely conclusive on whether a catch was made or not largely because our views in the crucial moment of the player bringing the ball to the ground were obscured and whether the ball coming loose was because of ground impact or Miami players digging it out after he lands. My personal opinion is that it probably was a catch as the player who came down with secured it to his body with both hands when we lose site of the ball just prior to him landing. I did not see it immediately squirt out. There was a pause before the the Miami players start ripping at it. Of course officials each have their own personal view of the play and on the field they called it a catch which is my best evidence it was. Unless officials have different camera angles or something, it seems wrong they overturned their call

Let’s go Michigan St! Make me rich!

Why would USC retire Mason Cobbs number? They haven’t won shit in years.

The announcers were saying #13 will be retired after he’s done playing. I’m like….. why?

It would help if I’ve heard of the guy lol

USC is loaded with legends. Would be Dwayne Jarrett esque if he made the cut

Golly…. Gomer Pyle is the main ref for the bama game…

If Oregon is not rated higher than Georgia that would be a shame

As hard as it is to admit. Deboer really is a good coach

In nine seasons as a head coach, DeBoer accumulated a record of 104-12, which includes a 25-3 record in his previous stop with the Washington Huskies and three NAIA National Championships at Sioux Falls. DeBoer has a 12-2 record against top-25 teams in his four seasons at Fresno State and Washington.

I remember he was mentioned after Helfrich but they went willie.

Yeah he’s not sexy. But he’s that guy with the crew cut who has bad B.O. that can pencil in a chicken wing on 4th and 3 when it’s what’s needed

Ooooops!
Nobody is perfect. Before that the Ducks were very close.

I really thought Gabriel would be a bigger rushing threat than he has been.

Staying away. I actually have stayed away all year with the Ducks. I’ll take them vs Ohio st. I’m assuming it will be an Oregon -3 or pick em

I'd guess come game time, Ohio St will be the slight favorite. If you're going to bet Oregon, wait until close to kick.
