Team looks pretty deep overall and that alone is telling.

one of Nix's minor issues was overthrows on some of his long passes; playing in Denver won't help. He didn't take many hits in the passing game at Oregon either because of the OLine. I don't think the NFL will be so gentle
It's kind of the opposite. The NFL is protecting QB's even more than college now.

Troy Franklin goes to Broncos. So they have Forsyth, Nix and Franklin now.

Which is kind of depressing to me because I have always hated the Broncos

Denver will make an announcement that they are officially changing their name to the....

Nope oh well guess I'll just watch the highlights later lol

Edit: So glad we'll be done having to deal with the crappy pac 12 network next season.
Sir/ma’am….the Big 10 or 12 or whoever my Ducks are movie to….their “network” will be run by the EXACT same people, simply have different graphics.

Actually, Nix didn't take sacks at Oregon because he's really good at getting rid of the ball. O-Line was good, but I would put it mostly on Nix. Sean Payton talked about it extensively in two different interviews I watched and it was obvious watching Nix play.

Omg, we're getting Peyton Woodyard!

Safety room = fixed.

I have no other concern throughout the entire roster, other than Nose tackle. Some more O-line depth couldn't hurt.

not Duck related but Kirby Smart just signed a 10-year/130M contract extension. 13M/year for a college coach....yikes!....and people are upset the players are getting 100-300K in NIL

Would be a nice add. I'm not sure how anyone can be confident any true-freshman will be a starter this season, let alone someone who fixes a position group.

I'm not sure he's better than Aaron Flowers, who is also a true freshman.

Certainly would be a nice add & would be another kid from powerhouse program St Johns Bosco... which is nice.

Fwiw, rivals ranked Flowers the 55th best overall player in the 2024 class & Woodyard the 60th. Fingers crossed Peyton seals the deal this weekend.

Nasir Wyatt, Woodyard, Harmon and Dierre Hill all could quack within 10 days? That would be amazing. Honestly thought Woodyard was going to quack by now, but he is on campus. Maybe we want to line up these quacks for momentum.

Harmon is waiting on the bidding war to finish between us, tOSU and USC AFAIK. That should be interesting...

big day for the Ducks: 4-star edge?LB Nassir Wyatt committed to the Ducks

and shortly afterward, MSU transfer NT Derrick Harmon committed. And NT was probably Oregon's biggest need in terms of depth
So many teams needed a NT way more than Oregon, yet Lanning and Co were able to lock Harmon down anyway... simply amazing!

Hill is my guy, fingers crossed.
