I’ve always kind of rooted for Georgia Tech. They’ve had some decent football teams and some good basketball teams over the years.

People don’t really realize it’s kind of the Stanford-lite of the east coast. Can’t be a dummy and get in there.

Dig that Ole Miss is leading Georgia at half, but I can't see them holding it. Unless they decide to play their (clearly superior) freshman QB in the second half, being that the one series he played is the only TD they've scored.

I watch probably too much college football and Oregon is just on a different level.

Being good at all facets separates them.

I bet on Ole Miss so I really hope they win.

That freshman looked good. But he threw 90% slant routes

Okay in case anybody wanted me to pull out the bet sheet:

Ole Miss (ML)
Oregon State (ML)
BYU (ML)
Memphis college basketball (ML)
Houston college basketball (ML)

$40 to win $640

And now that I shared with you guys one of the games will lose

We need a td in the 3rd qtr. haven’t had one in 6 games. Thats not a good trend going down the stretch.

You must not have ever seen Dennis Scott talk into a microphone….HA!

Sappington >>> Boyle. Not sure why we keep switching kickers this late in the season.

That was the weirdest game I have seen in a while. Hope Burch and James are okay.

Oregon sure didn't look like the #1 team....unless it was #1 in penalties and dropped passes. Maryland got 7 first downs on Oregon penalties...wow

but here I am, complaining about the Ducks playing undisciplined and unfocused; Stein calling a poor game, IMO; receivers with stone hands....and the Ducks won by 21 points. I might be spoiled

You can tell we miss Tez. We need to do a better job of getting the ball to Stewart.

I was impressed with Maryland's tackling and also their QB. Guy seems like he could be a NFL backup for a long time.

They’ll be games like this. Good teams figure out how to win. They still won by a couple touchdowns and it was never really close.

The mentality of acting like every win should be a dominating boat race is what separates Oregon from Alabama and Georgia and gives us the home field edge.

With those teams if their team isn’t dominating they panic. When Oregon isn’t dominating the fans ratchet it up a few notches.

I remember people freaking out after the 1st game or 2 as well. Said back then that those wins won’t reflect badly in the middle of Novemeber and they don’t. I bet Georgia and Miami wished they had came out flat and sloppy yet won by twenty somethin’.

The same posters continue to freak out at every opportunity, same as every season in whatever sport they're rooting for. Really, whatever...

btw, there were a few late additions to the impressive 2026 recruiting class of visitors I listed in an earlier post. The headliner was California WR and rivals #2 overall prospect Chris Henry Jr who is currently an Ohio State verbal. So to recap, from the 2026 class Oregon hosted the 5 guys rated in the top 30 overall prospects this weekend (#2, 7, 13, 19 & 29)

One area of progress and it's an important one, we scored a td in the 3rd. We hadn't in the last 6 games....

Maryland leads the BIG in passing yards per game at 302 ypg. They had 206 last night. Even with the secondary having way to many PI's, our D put enough pressure on their qb to way under perform in his passing game.

This is what has me a Ducks believer for the first time ever. They actually have a Defense.
