So this happened at the Colorado game...

I get it. The kid shouldn't have slapped the ball out of his hands... but 30 year old Deion Jr comes in long after it was over and shoves him and gets in his face. Sorry, that's not okay.

Shoved him in the arm not the face…..and that’s not his job. He isn’t supposed go TAKE the ball from players hands. He was pissed Colorado had just scored and was being a dick. Buffs coach shouldn’t have touched though, not cool

another assistant coach who was instrumental was Gary Campbell, the RB coach. Oregon always had great RB's under Campbell. Just look at the 25 year progression of RB's:

Ricky Whittle-->Saladin McCullough-->Reuben Droughns-->Maurice Morris-->Onterrio Smith-->Terrence Whitehead-->Jonathon Stewart-->Jeremiah Johnson-->Legarrett Blount-->LaMichael James-->Kenjon Barner-->De'Anthony Thomas-->Byron Marshall-->Thomas Tyner-->Royce Freeman

How could you leave off Dino Philyaw??? He did share time with Whittle, but he also played in the NFL for a number of years.

I said he GOT IN HIS FACE. I didn't say he shoved him in the face.

Shilo and Shedeur both yelled at him and that should have been the end of it, but tiny Deion decided to get involved too. He's not even a coach. He's just a videographer with a podcast.

With Georgia losing, it really feels like it is the Duck's year. It would be nice for them to bring something home to celebrate for the area.

Whoever wins the SEC is still going to get a bye in the playoff and is probably still going to be considered the favorite, even if the Ducks are undefeated.

If the Ducks go undefeated, won't they also get a bye?
Forgive me, I am not as knowledgeable about the NCAA rules and details. It just feels like pieces are falling in place for them to win it all this year. They may not be the favorite on paper, but the vibe and trajectory of the season feels like it.

It is hard to fathom the #1 team not being a favorite though.

Yes, if Oregon wins out they will have a BYE. The 4 highest ranked conference winners receive a BYE.

Question: With Boettcher how did you get him to stop hitting after the whistle in practice?

DL: There is a field goal post at the far far end of the practice fields and he would run around it... consistently.

According to this article, the SEC is being dis-respected.

College Football Playoff Anger Index: The SEC and five other teams are getting snubbed

Yes, the SEC's dominance and depth seem obvious.

So, of course, four of the top five teams in the committee's rankings this week are from the SEC.

Wait, no, sorry about that. We're getting late word here that, in fact, it's the Big Ten with teams No. 1, 2, 4 and 5 in this week's rankings.

Apparently nobody has watched their games because most of those teams look AWFUL.

Georgia's QB is garbage.

ESPN's "College GameDay" announced where it will be for Week 12 of the 2024 college football season.

For the second straight week and the seventh time this season, the "GameDay" crew is heading to an SEC venue. Rece Davis, Lee Corso, Kirk Herbstreit, Desmond Howard, Pat McAfee and, yes, Nick Saban, will be at Sanford Stadium in Athens for the Georgia Bulldogs' showdown with the Tennessee Volunteers.
